Affluent historic brick house mansion neighborhood, cute basement unit with large open feeling and washer/dryer in the back. illuminated kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom with ambient lighting for a super cozy feel, very private feeling, street parking is plentiful, not a full neighborhood at all, communication with property mgmt is great they had coffee and filters delivered to me within 2hrs. Will stay again :)
