Amazing...again!

This is the 2nd time renting from this collection and the stay was fantastic. The location is beautiful in a wonderful section of Charlotte. The property is clean, well appointed, and high-end quality. The owners go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. I'll rent again the next time I am in town. No reason to look elsewhere.

Perfection Plus

We have stayed at two different properties and have been very happy with both. Both properties were extremely clean. Everything is top notch from the high end appliances to the luxury bedding. You felt very welcome as soon as you walked in. Very desirable location. We definitely plan on staying with them in the future.

Wonderful Place!

We stayed for a week in this wonderful residence. Perfect location for downtown, Myers Park, Selwyn and South Park. We were greeted with some delicious treats and a fantastic abode. We enjoyed the spacious two bedrooms, comfortable living area and cozy screened porch. The surrounding area is great for walking and easy access to Freedom Park where we extended our range along the Sugar Creek Parkway. We will definitely contact the owners again when we are in Charlotte!

Great spot near Uptown

Beautiful street, gorgeous accommodations, close to everything! Our only wish is we had more time to spend in Charlotte to explore. The condo was very well-appointed. The bathrooms and kitchen fixtures were updated and modern. It was perfect for our family of four. The screened in porch was our favorite spot to relax each evening. We loved the walkability of the neighborhood and local area. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Very happy repeat customers

The Home Collection folks do an amazing job with their short-term rentals. The units are impeccable with high end kitchens, bathrooms and linens. The service is special with a few nice grocery items already in the kitchen in case you arrive hungry. If you need to contact the owners, they are easy to reach and so helpful. My only wish is that they would add some more 3-bedroom options as our family is about to outgrow the many two bedroom options they have. Wonderful unit!

No detail overlooked/Amazing hospitality

First vrbo ever, and now our expectations are going to be hard to match in the future. Traveling with food allergies can be a pain and this apartment and kitchen made it a treat. If we didn't have something we needed, an answer was a quick text away. Always met with an almost immediate response. Trader Joe's is about a 15 min walk away or a cheap cab ride and my husband took the bus uptown for his convention. Very easy to get around from this location. Arrived at midnight and walked into complimentary cocktails, wine and food. Music was softly playing in the background....no detail overlooked and very clean. I LOVED this place. Can't say enough good things about it.

A great retreat

We stayed at this property while my daughter was in the hospital. The property was very nice and the back porch in particular was a great place for us to take a needed mental break. The property was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and it’s in a gorgeous neighborhood. Our only issues were it was hard to get in the door - the instructions were unclear and there was no one to contact- and the TV was hard to figure out. You could not get local channels and I had to figure out how to get the guide in English. The only other issue was not being able to figure out how to use the dishwasher. We put soap in but it did not open up and the dishes were still dirty after running. Minor things though, and we really loved staying there!
