Our first floor luxury residence is ideally suited for executives, attorneys, relocating families or anyone seeking top-notch accommodation for short or long stay. Situated on a half-acre of gently sloping land, our building faces a quiet lane graced with a beautifully landscaped median. The spacious, private lot provides an excellent venue for outdoor entertaining or a friendly game of croquet.
Retaining its enchanting facade, the building boasts an impressive contemporary interior. Relax in the spacious living room featuring a large, upholstered sofa- which pulls out into an additional bed- and a flatscreen television equipped with streaming and Hulu + Live TV channels. Enjoy the artwork by local artist Nico Amortegui, well-known for large-scale paintings and installations throughout NC and The Smithsonian.

High-speed Wi-Fi allows business travelers to remain connected throughout their stay. Additionally, a convenient half bath is located within the living area.
The kitchen features a gas range, full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher with double dish drawers. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, roasting pans, mixing bowls, and a garlic press. Adjacent to the spacious living room is a well-appointed wet bar with an ice maker, offering an inviting spot for social gatherings. The dining room comfortably seats up to eight guests and opens up to a screened porch – perfect for sitting and drinking some morning coffee or tea.
A desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi enable business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with a television and two spacious closets – one which is a walk-in. Carrara marble tiles adorn the bathroom’s floors and walls, complete with dual showers and a separate water closet. The heated tiled floor ensures comfort on chilly mornings. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flatscreen television. The twin beds can be pushed together to create one king sized bed. Furnishings may vary slightly from photographs as we periodically update. The bathroom is spotless and features plush towels. Included in our amenity package are a starter supply of Nest bath products as well as detergents.
The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, outdoor tables, a plush sofa, and chairs. This is the perfect spot to have a cookout with your party while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
Situated just a mile away from the bustling Uptown business district, this property enjoys an idyllic location on Hermitage Court – an exclusive residential street amidst a serene park-like setting. Majestic stone gateways grace both ends of the street, presenting a grand entrance to the neighborhood, which was developed between 1913 and 1925.
A century later, the vast majority of houses retain their authentic architectural charm, and the street proudly stands as a designated historic district.
Within a half mile walking distance, you can find over 40 locally-owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. Our favorite full-service spots include Stagioni (Italian), RuRu’s (casual Mexican), and Napa on Providence. For local hidden gems check out Laurel Market, Summit Coffee, Bond Street Wines, and Fenwick’s.
On the ‘Myers Park Mile’, you will find many locally owned shops featuring antiques, exquisite gifts, fine wines, and bespoke clothing for men and women. From spring to fall, Simpson’s Farmers Market on Kings is conveniently nearby and open on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Charlotte’s renown greenway is less than a half mile away. From there, you can bike, run, or walk along the 30 miles of trails. We are also very close to Freedom Park, Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood, the Atrium Medical Center (Levine Children’s Hospital and Levine Cancer Institute) and the Novant Hospital complex.
Uptown Charlotte is only one mile away and a short walk or ride to the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC Stadium, Hornets/Spectrum Arena, Knights Baseball Stadium, Discovery Place, Convention Center, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum, Spirit Square, Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture, Discovery Place Science, and NASCAR Hall of Fame.
Live theater is staged just around the corner at Theatre Charlotte and live music venues include the Visulite Theater and the Music Factory.
The parks and open walking spaces make this area perfect for those with a furry friend. Many of our neighborhood restaurants have patios that welcome dogs.
We love hosting guests for both short or long-term stays. So, whether you are in town for business, leisure, or visiting someone at Atrium or Novant Hospitals, our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay. In 1905 John Nolen, a recent Harvard graduate with a master’s in landscape architecture, came to Charlotte to design Myers Park. Nolen’s professor and mentor at Harvard was Fredric Law Olmsted Jr., whose father had designed Central Park in New York and the Biltmore Estate for George Vanderbilt.
Nolen designed a progressive streetcar community where all residents could walk to the streetcar lines and visitors would be able to make a loop through the neighborhood and depart where the main street would join itself. Numerous parks were interspersed along the creeks and low-lying lands.
