Escape to this cabin in the Kings Beach/Brockway area. On the edge of town, it's nestled among open space for unique privacy yet an easy walk to the lake and town. This peaceful retreat features 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed and 1 twin bed, with 3 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. The upstairs loft offers an additional full bed for extra sleeping space. Relax and unwind in this beautiful and serene setting. We hope you enjoy what our place and Kings Beach has to offer.
You're just a short walk to downtown Kings Beach, Speedboat Beach and Kings Beach State Park. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose ski areas are just a few minutes away. With a newly remodeled kitchen and front deck, enjoy time in the cabin or get out for some skiing, swimming, golfing, shopping and dining are just minutes away.
The property also includes a hammock and boulders to climb on. Plenty of open space around the house to explore. Hiking and biking trails are out the back door. Kayak, SUP and jet ski rentals are available at King's Beach State Beach. Winter skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobile rentals are close as well.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Easy Check-Out Procedures:
1. Check-out is at 11am
2. Strip beds of sheets and pillows of their cases
3. Put garbage and recycling in bear box across the driveway
4. Turn-off all lights and electronics
5. If you used the gas fireplace, please set it to 58 degrees
6. Close & lock all windows and doors.
7. Put key back in lockbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
