While the neighborhood is safe, it does lack charm and isn’t the most walkable or visually appealing area. It’s an older community with a lived-in feel, many properties could use some curb appeal, and the sidewalks aren’t fully walkable. Your kids will be safe and comfortable inside the unit, but you’ll be best served taking them downtown or to the beach for outdoor fun instead of walking around the neighborhood.

Our home is a charming duplex with two additional private units on the property. We setup the property to ensure a peaceful and private experience for all guests.
