This expansive property is lakefront with private dock and private lake access.
The Lakehouse has four bedrooms and can accommodate a max 10 guests. Most comfortably 6 adults and 2-4 children. Perfect for family/friends, and fur babies.

The Lakehouse is spacious and airy with an open concept main floor kitchen, dining and living area.
The upper level has four spacious bedrooms with large double closets. Perfect for all your personal belongings.
A freshly updated 3-piece bathroom with stand up shower. The Linen closet is stocked with fresh hand, bath and beach towels, along with cleaning supplies if needed.

Zone #2 DINING: Outdoor dining table with umbrella seats 6. Outdoor bistro table with umbrella seats 4. Both umbrellas have solar lighting.
Zone #3 LOUNGE: Screened in gazebo with comfortable outdoor lounge furniture. Screens can be opened or closed.
Zone #4 UPPER DECK: Walk out from Principle suite.
Comfortable seating for 2 with coffee table.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The Lakehouse sits on a higher elevation. Surrounded by rock and tall pines. There are several stairs up to the deck from both the front and the back. The property slopes down towards the lake on natural rock. There are hand rails to use for your safety. Please note rocks are slippery when wet.

The property is well lit at night.

We are happy to welcome your pets. Limit of two dogs only. We ask that you clean up after your dogs, doggy bags provided.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your pets stay on the property at all times. There is a doggy fence to the Left of the property but not the right. Don't forget to bring your own dog beds and food.

This is a friendly cottage community. We are friends with our neighbours and we have neighbours on both sides, as well as across the lake. We ask that you please be respectful of noise levels.

We can accommodate 10 guests, please note there is one 3-piece bathroom. Depending on your comfort level, this may not suite your needs.

The Lakehouse does not have AC. There are new high powered fans in each bedroom and two on the main floor. The circulation of the air provides comfort while sleeping.
