The host REALLY stood out. He was VERY responsive. He even responded at off times and odd hours. FANTASTIC HOST!!! A few issues that the host will clean up and sometimes things just happen: 1. coffee finished/was almost finished when we got there2. Drier brokeBoth were remdied very quickly by our awesome host. This is the ideal location for anyone that has a student attending UM. If long term rental is available highly recommend.

Check in was great we even were able to check in early. Couch and beds were all comfortable. Our only complaint with having 8 people in the house was that there was only 2 wash cloths. Other than this tiny hiccup the house was great and meet all our needs for the 1 night we stayed before our cruise. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Miami.

The house was very clean and everything was ready for us to check in. Check in was simple and quick with all of the information provided upfront. The host was responsive and nice. Great location for a variety of foods and activities.
