The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Gather trash and place in trash bins located outside the complex.
-Have all dishes running in the dishwasher or hand washed (leave out to dry),
-Tidy up the rooms & leave the sheets on the bed
-Thermostat-Summer, turn AC to 78F/Winter, turn heat to 65F
-Turn off lights & small appliances
-Windows/Doors: Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked
-Codes: Simply shut the front door behind you and check to make sure its locked.
-Keys: Please return keys to the front desk
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
