Beautiful Ocean City MD Private Home on the water, sleeps 12, just like home. 3 Story home with tons of room and that right at home feel. Professionally cleaned home for your safety. Home is also stocked with cleaners, have sanitizer and has added cleaning measures in place.

No high school senior week rentals. We require an adult / parent over 25 be at the home the entire week. No exceptions.

*** Pool Passes have been removed. This is a savings of $200 per week that goes directly to the guest with the Rates listed reflecting the savings. ***

The beautiful home can be your families favorite place at the beach year after year. Fully renovated from the ground up as well as stocked with all the comforts as home to make your stay the most perfect beach vacation ever.

The home has 2 master suites , both with Dual walk in showers to wash the sand and waves away after a long day of fun in the sun. The third floor is perfect for multiple families to bring all the kids and have them enjoy a week long sleep over with Xbox, Cable Tv and breath taking views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook full meals or just keep snacks and make some amazing drinks.

We also have Concierge services available for pre shopping of your groceries if you so desire of they can even provide catered dinners. What ever you need , they are able to provide for you. We can provide our Provider for you.

The home is available for rental all year round. During the summer months ONLY full weeks are available.

June through Labor Day Weekend ONLY full weeks are available from Saturday at 4 pm through Saturday at 9 am. Check Out on Summer Weeks is at 9 am so our Cleaners may clean the home for the next guest. We have adjusted our check in and out times to provide for extra cleaning and sanitation of the home for your safety.

Located in quite North Ocean City just off of 116th St. bay side. This waterfront home is located on the last canal just before the open bay. It is just a 1 minute boat ride to the open water of the Assawoman Bay. Extremely peaceful neighborhood.

This home has been renovated from top to bottom and is one of the nicest, and fully appointed rental properties available in Ocean City, Md.

Boasting 2000 sq. ft. of living space, this 3 level duplex is spectacular. It easily accommodates 12+ people for a great family (multi-family) vacation.

We are the private owners and my family originally built this home back in 1981. My husband did the recent renovations so this home is our true love at the beach!

**The property is monitored by external CCTV while not under rental. Meaning we don't monitor them during the guest stays. The footage only reviewed if needed legally, to protect the property or at the guest request. They are monitored up to your arrival time and set check out time. please do not tamper with the CCTV equipment. It helps us monitor the home when it is unoccupied. Thank you. **

Vicki, the hostess, was very easy to work with. Her home is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We were able to dock our boat right out back and fish when we wanted. Very close to shopping and great places to eat. All in all we had a great, relaxing stay!

We usually stay oceanside but decided to take our boat this time and this place fit the bill perfectly. 21 foot deck boat docked easily in their slip. Family getaway

Casa Gonzalez was a perfect place for our family. There was so much space and seating for everyone. Each room had its own bathroom which is always a plus. The kids had fun fishing, crabbing and dipping their feet on the back dock. Vicki was great to work with! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family, as I mentioned were the original builders in 1981 and have built many of the homes on this and the surrounding streets. I spend all my summers coming to the beach and almost every week right here, actually right next to this home 11602 was the first one my Grandfather build in 1979. His name was Charles Ausmus.

This is our beach home that we still enjoy visiting in the off season. We do rent the home year round. We have several guest that have rent from us year after year and we hope you become one of them. We ourselves we really love the off season so we do rent the home FULL Weeks from June through August and weekends and full weeks through out the rest of the year.

We are both born and have lived in Maryland pretty much all of our lives. We love so much that the state has to offer and Ocean City is one of the best parts of the state by far.

We have been married since 1989 and this is our second home that we hope you love as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

I think I have actually touched on that a lot. My grandfather was a very important person in my life, the thought of owning a home that he had build and then having my husband that I adore do the renovations, what could be more perfect then that? Nothing in my mind. This home to me is actually PRICELESS!

It is the perfect blend of my past, present and future.

What makes this property unique

This home has been in my family since it was built in 1981. My grandfather originally built this home when I was a teenager. Later in life I owned the home with other family members until the home was starting to need some love and attention. My husband and I bought the home out fully from all my family and started what turned out to be one of the most amazing renovations and meaningful changes to a beach home ever.

In 2012 just weeks before hurricane super storm Sandy we started a major renovation. What was going to be simple renovation for updates turned out to be so much more. We started by structurally improving the home, gutting it down to he studs, Ripping off the 3rd floor and raising the roof. Re designing the layout throughout the home and pouring in a ton of sweat and love into the home.

We added some amazing design upgrades, tray ceilings, not 1 but 2 dual showers, rounded wall corners, self closing kitchen cabinets, auto lighted closets, electronic locks, wifi through out the home, Memory Foam Beds and Serta Sleepers, Xbox Gaming and Games for the kids, added insulation for sound proof between floors for peaceful enjoyment, flat-screens through out, Kcup, Upgraded Kitchen, Dual drawer Dish washer, Full Size washer and dryer, Swim ladder and private pier on the canal. The back deck has gates on both sides for a secure area for younger children.

We try to hit every single comfort of home for you. And beyond!

We try to make our home , you absolute favorite place to visit when you go to the shore.

We continue to make improvements to our home each and every year. In 2020 added a new pier and added gates to the back deck to help secure small children while on the deck from the water.

Patio Firepit table added for those chilly nightd in 2024. New LovSac couch 2025 and live edge coffee table. New Pyle wifi speakers throughout.

We had a brand new deck installed in the end of 2025.

Each year we're always adding something new.
