A perfect Masters rental 6.5 miles from Augusta National. Located in Springlakes neighborhood, guest will enjoy a quiet lakeside community with a community clubhouse and pool. This home has 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guest comfortably. An updated living room and sunroom is fit with an 85" HD tv and 65" tv respectively. Both are powered with Sonos sound systems to optimize any movie or sporting experience. A large dining, family, and sun room with all new furniture compliments a fully functional kitchen. A two car garage is available for guest parking as well as plenty of driveway and street parking. A recently added back patio and pergola creates a nice backyard sitting area with new teak patio furniture. I also have both a Charcoal and RecTec pellet smoker that any guest can use on the back patio for grilling during Masters week. This home has all new carpet in upstairs bedrooms (1 year old) and fresh paint throughout the entire house. The area is very convenient to all shops in the Evans and Martinez area with a straight shot to golf course parking. Come stay in this beautiful home and enjoy a great week watching the worlds best at the Masters. Don't hesitate to ask questions, I will attempt to accommodate you the best I can.

Great location

The location was great for access to the Masters. Zach was very available for questions and issues. We did have a shower leak that came through the kitchen ceiling. The property wasn't the cleanest of places we have stayed before. The dryer did not work very well and we cleaned out a ton of lint from the dryer hose. The home had some great features and then others that could definitely use updating. I appreciate Zach's attentiveness to resolving issues however based on other properties I have stayed at through VRBO, I probably would not stay here again. He did leave croissants on the table per a previous comment, however they were moldy in 2 days.

Thanks for your comments Rondle. The home was professional cleaned and sanitized prior to all guest within the VRBO COVID-19 protocols. This is the first I am hearing about the home not being cleaned or any of these issue so I apologize for not resolving your issues during the stay. As far as the home needing updating, all pictures of the home on the listing were current and accurate of the condition booked. Unfortunately, the bathroom did have a water leak during the stay that required repair by a plumber and was done so in the same day. I also offered a refund for the day in which the leak occurred, Rondle declined the offer. In an effort to provide a hospitality welcome to my guest I provided an welcome package that included unopened croissants. Our family takes pride in providing a great place for all of our guests. We are constantly looking for ways to improve for our guest. While I don’t agree with all the comments we will look to improve for future guest.

Perfect Accommodations!

This property was as advertised. It’s not only a short drive from Augusta National, but it’s a great place to unwind and reflect on a memorable day walking The Masters. The house was very clean and the owner very hospitable (we appreciated the croissants, water, and chewing gum left as a courtesy). Walking in to the Masters coverage playing was also a nice touch. I hope to be back at the Masters again and if so, I’d absolutely rent this place again. Thanks for everything!

My name is Zach. I bought this home in March 2018. I am originally from a small town outside of Dothan, Alabama. I attended The University of Alabama, Roll Tide. I moved to Augusta in January 2018 for work and I love the area. I am recently married and we have two small dogs. This will be out second year renting our home for the Masters and we love getting to share our home with fellow golf lovers.

What makes this property unique

This home is large enough for your entire family and close enough to manage a short drive with minimal traffic down Washington Road to parking. The community is quiet and secluded, while still only being a few miles from nearly any food or entertainment you could ask for. We take pride in our home and hope you choose us to stay with during the Masters.
