Designed with your stay in mind

The master bedroom is an en-suite — double bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, room-darkening shades, and clothing rack. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, and clothing rack — flexible for children or two independent guests. The glass-enclosed balcony has a sofa bed and view of the sea and mall — extra space for the group to settle in or for the fifth guest to sleep with privacy.

The living room has a sofa, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and stable fiber optic Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, filtered and chilled water, dishes, and utensils. The in-unit washing machine covers what longer stays require — no external laundromat, no extra logistics. One covered parking space is included.

• A basic linen set is included: bath towels, bed linens, hand towels, body soap, and toilet paper. Items are provided as a starter supply; refills are not included.

Arrival and ongoing support

Check-in is conducted in person by a NOMADS host — full walkthrough of the unit, building registration and apartment orientation. From that point, the apartment is entirely yours, with independent access and support available by message or in person throughout the stay, with a same-day response.

Jockey de Itaparica is a residential neighborhood in Vila Velha with full daily infrastructure. Praia de Itaparica beach is a 5-minute walk from the building. Shopping Boulevard Vila Velha is across the street — supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance. Itaparica bus terminal and Vila Velha bus station are a 5-minute walk away, with connections across the Greater Vitória area. Direct access to Rodovia do Sol for car travel.

TRANSPORTATION

Itaparica Bus Terminal is less than a 1-minute walk away, with regular lines connecting to all of Greater Vitória. Vila Velha Bus Station is a 6-minute walk. Access to Rodovia do Sol is under 5 minutes away, offering a direct connection to the southern coastline and Greater Vitória via the Third Bridge. Eurico de Aguiar Salles Airport (VIX) is approximately 14 km away, about a 30-minute drive.
