This apartment is a luxury suite with balcony directly on the beach on the 11th floor, totally renovated with very high standards . With an outstanding view of the sea and pool from the entire place, it sits on one of the best beaches of the island. A lifeguard is onsite for your safety. The area is known for the best climate in Gran Canaria and also in the world. It is paradise for beach lovers, hikers and cyclists.
Six meter long terrace across the entire apartment, overlooking the pool and the beach, this beautiful home is right on Patalavaca's beach. Perfect for a romantic getaway with a unforgettable view of the sea and the pool from the 11th floor. Amazing sunsets ! Listen to the sound of the waves and the birds, from your high perch on the 11th floor.

Pool towels are provided. With luxury-grade linens and light weight duvets, a large comfortable king size bed (180 x 200 cm) can be separated into 2 smaller beds by removing the king size mattress topper. The sofa can turn into a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with an extra mattress topper for comfort. The two areas turn into two bedrooms, separated by a large privacy curtain. Open the curtain and enjoy a stunning large luxurious apartment, with the most amazing views. Take the elevator to go directly to the beach or to the exclusive private club with luxury pool, spa, restaurant and bar (club has minimum consumption requirement).

The property is right on the beach with secure access, via private elevator. Apartment is on a high floor, with excellent sunny views and spectacular sunsets! Recently renovated to the style and quality of a 5 star hotel. Conveniently located to many activities, restaurants and shops, with easy public transportation. Make an unforgettable and romantic holiday!
What makes this property unique
This is one of the few properties on the island that is directly on the beach. Patalavaca Beach is just outside the building and has a lifeguard. Many local activities are just a short walk away on the beach / walking path. The sunset views are incredible.
