With an outstanding view of the sea from the entire place, it sits on one of the best beaches on the island. A lifeguard is onsite for your safety. The area is known for the best climate in Gran Canaria and also in the world. It is a paradise for beach lovers, hikers, cyclists or adventure seekers.

The property is right on the beach with secure access, via a private elevator. The apartment is on a high floor, with excellent sunny views and spectacular sunsets! Recently renovated to the style and quality of a 5-star hotel. Conveniently located to many activities, restaurants, and shops, with easy public transportation. Make an unforgettable and romantic holiday!

What makes this property unique

This is one of the few properties on the island that is directly on the beach. Patalavaca Beach is just outside the building and has a lifeguard. Many local activities are just a short walk away on the beach/walking path. The sunset views are incredible.
