Rarely used private house located inside Saw Creek Estates.

Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a walk-in closet.

Princess bedroom bunk bed. The maximum weight allowed on both levels taken together is 200 lbs. Kindly adhere to this rule for safety reasons and make sure if two kids are sleeping the total weight of both kids DOES NOT exceed 200 lbs.

Located on the main road inside Saw Creek Estates (Decker Road) near the front gate to the community.

Walking distance to VIP outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball field, and children's playgrounds.

Saw Creek Estates is also the home of 'Top of the World' which includes a restaurant and sports bar.

Kindly note that the hot tub is located in the community by the top-of-the-world restaurant. It is less than 5 mins from the house.

We do offer up to 6 free amenity passes for all our guests to be used during your entire stay. If you need additional passes, those could be purchased from the main office located near our house (less than 2 minutes by foot) or the owner might be able to get you them if you notify them in advance.

Located within a short drive from Decker Road are many attractions and activities to enrich your vacation, such as Bushkill Falls, Shawnee Ski Resort, Camel Back Ski Resort, Water Park, Shawnee Playhouse, The Crossings Outlets, Route 209 Flea Market, Caesar's Palace, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, Historic Milford, McDade Recreational Trail, and the Indian Museum just to name a few.

The beauty of the Pocono Mountains provides a perfect backdrop for year-round activities. We have found the Bushkill area to be the perfect getaway location. Whether tubing or skiing in the winter, hiking in the fall and spring, or rafting and canoeing in the summer. Each season there are many local festivals and community events to keep you entertained.

Other things to note:

No reservation will be accepted without signing the seasonal rental agreement with the owner along with a copy of a valid ID to protect all parties involved and also to maintain higher security standards for all our guests. Note the ID and agreement are necessary to forward to security to register the guests with the community for everyone's safety.

Check-in at 2 pm and Check at 10 am

Washer/Dryer not available for rentals shorter than 2 weeks.

Kids' games and play items are not available due to sanitary conditions. But you are welcome to bring your own items and enjoy.

No condiments (salt/pepper/sugar etc.) are offered to guests, again due to COVID-9 protocols and to ensure everyone's health safety.

However, all basic kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.) are offered to all guests and are sanitized after each stay.
