The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and store away in proper place.
If towels were used please leave on bathroom floor to avoid ruining wood floors.
Turn off all electronics. Close and lock all windows, doors. Summer months turn off AC/Winter months set heat to 55 for baseboards and Carrier units to 63.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must be cleaned and on a regular tick/flea regimen. Pets are not allowed to lay on any furniture. 2 pet maximum, $60 fee is per pet.
NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED. No helium balloons No large gatherings No smoking inside the home Holiday stays require a 3-night minimum

Cozy cabin next to Bushkill Creek. Beautiful setting with a wonderful deck to listen to the river while enjoying dinner. Near to Biking, hiking, waterfalls and float trips on the Delaware River. Great long weekend. House was clean, kitchen had everything you might need, and beds were comfortable.

The house was as described. Clean and well stocked. There are a lot of stairs/steps to access the house and down to the creek as pictured. The creek is awesome and worth the visit.

The property was nestled in a small wooded community near East sSoudsburg. Super quiet. Nothing but the sounds of running water in the creek out front. Cabin was spacious clean and had all the necessary amenities. Short drives to Stroudsburg, Delaware Gap, and Bushkill Falls and hiking trails. Super chill and relaxing. Can't wait for the return trip!

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful. The house is as described and as pictured. The house was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. Our kids (7 and 9) had a great time fishing in the creek and hanging at the fire pit at night. We look forward to coming back.

Amazing place to stay at if you’re looking for peace and quiet. Everything was cozy and comfortable! The only thing I found odd was the extra cost for towels and there were no garbage bags in the kitchen trash.
