Everything was great. We used to own one of the condos and was so nice to come back 25 years later to see how everything is doing on the island and at Pelican Watch. It was just beautiful just like we remember it. There’s been a lot of growth but the beauty of the island has been maintained.
Excellent experience and property. Will certainly use this site to book next stay.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to write a review! We are delighted to hear that you had a great stay. We appreciate your valuable feedback and look forward to your next visit!
I can’t emphasize enough how great this rental was. The room is updated, clean, and spacious. The location is ideal; the beach is steps away and the view is terrific.
The Condo was lovely with great beach access. There were white-tail deer, Eastern Bluebirds and Cardinals in the dune area in front of the Condo. Watching the wildlife really made the visit fun! We would definitely stay at this location if we come to the area again.
We loved sitting on the deck watching the shrimp boats come in! We saw deer, dolphins, rabbits, pelicans, and ospreys. Loved the condo - had everything we needed for a great vacation. Be sure to shop at Freshfields Village and see the Angel Tree! And enjoy a great dinner at Hege’s restaurant.
Fabulous view, comfortable furnishings, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Some better receptacles for charging electronics would be helpful as would some additional hooks in the closets and bathrooms
I chose this beautiful condo for a much-needed, never-done-before, MY getaway. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Pristine; perfectly located for beach access AND spectacular winter-time sunset views. Quiet yet close to amenities. I’ve been trying but can’t find one teeny tiny fault with this property or the reservation/check-out procedures. Grab it while you can!

Beautiful Condo with an Outstanding View!
This Pelican Watch condo is great for a couple's retreat with a wonderful water view! It is very well-decorated and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable king sized bed. We spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony looking out at the water and the dunes. Love the awning that you can crank out over the balcony. Beach access is right outside your door, and we loved seeing the dolphins, pelicans and deer just steps away. We will definitely return here and highly recommend this rental experience!
The location of Pelican Watch was very private and away from all the noise and hustle but a bit of a drive to just about anything. The view from the Unit was stunning and beach was pristine. The Unit itself is a bit beat up and the bed definitely needs to be replaced. If the bed was better, this Unit would be worthy of a 5 star rating,

Very nice getaway
Great place overall. Cleanliness could use a little more detail. The picture online makes the unit look pretty big, but definitely spacious for 2 people. There’s no lighting at the door to punch in your code. Also no lighting to see the building number. Saw some deer and beautiful sunsets!

Nicely decorated; great view; beautiful sunsets; easy access to beach.
Nicely decorated; light and bright. Nice tv. However; bed mattress seemed very old and lumpy with little support. The bedding would not stay on the bed and also seemed old; pilled; rough & uninviting. New linens & mattress would add a lot to the experience. Bring your own shampoo and soap.

Disappointing after the hype
Quite a bit of updating is required. It was very alarming to see the entrance door jam looked as if it had been kicked in during a robbery. After all the hype about security and parking pass and amenity cards our first impression after an 8 hour drive was very upsetting. I can forward pictures.

Martin, thank you for being our guest and taking the time to share your feedback. Our property caretaker inspected the door and noted that it needs a new strike plate. The repair has been scheduled and we apologize for any negative impact this had on your visit. Additionally, our local manager assured us that there have been no break-ins at this property. Thank you for sharing your insights.
This condo was exactly what my husband and I were looking for as a quick April vacation. Nice set up facing the water and sunset views. We saw deer every morning from the balcony and a few bald eagles flying overhead. On morning walks down the beach, we would see dolphins feeding very close along the water's edge!! The condo is situated right at the boardwalk to the beach which was very convenient! We also appreciated the beach chairs provided. More nature viewing is provided by walking the trails which are very nearby to the condo. We did not use the public amenities such as the pool, tennis, golf but their facilities look fantastic. We would definately return!

Good time
Had a great time on Seabrook. Just a few suggestions 1350 pelican watch. The dishwasher was not screwed to the bottom of countertop. Master bathroom door doesn't close all the way. The backs of the porch chairs need fixed.

This rental unit is very close to beach and offers great sunset views from the balcony and nice great views of the water. Kitchen is small, but well stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils and glasses/tableware. The spaces were very clean and comfortably furnished, although the king bed mattress and sofa sleeper could both be much more comfy! Communication with Vacasa was extremely frustrating and difficult.- when i asked Vacasa (the host) specific questions about the unit (both before booking and then before arrival) I didn't receive answers until over 24 hrs later. Two different numbers I was given from Vacasa for help/service on separate occasions each were answered by someone located in another state(s), including one in Oregon 3 times zones away.- when we arrived at gate at 4:30 pm for 4 pm check in, there was no parking pass for us. We received a temporary pass and had to make repeated calls before we had another pass. (Even tho they had our license plate and car info on file.)- after we were seated for dinner at Pelican’s nest, we were unable to order because i didn't have the required QR code to order. Credit cards not accepted. So we had to leave and find another restaurant near by.Vacasa is not at all guest or user friendly.Thank you.
Nicely appointed top-floor condominium in an ideal location on Seabrook Island. Beautiful west-facing views of the Edisto River and Atlantic Ocean from the living room or adjacent deck. Bedroom is spacious and quiet at the rear of the unit. Second full bathroom is a plus. Convenient boardwalk access to the river's edge. Short bike ride or drive to Island House (golf and restaurant) or Beach House (gift shop, restaurant, pool, and beach access). Perfect for two people, or four if willing to use the pull-out bed in living room.
We enjoyed our stay on Seabrook! Beautiful sunsets and views from the deck. Lots of seashell finds. Nice and quiet setting. Plenty of walking and biking opportunities. Appreciated the nearby local grocery and shopping just minutes away.
