This fantastic home features an open floor plan with plentiful windows that look out to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. There's something for everyone across the 3,742 square feet of living space, including gorgeous views, high-end finishes, free WiFi, an extensive cable package (with HBO and Starz), a private boardwalk to the beach, and an outdoor shower to welcome you back. The kitchen offers expansive counter space, stainless steel appliances, views of the ocean, and multiple coffee makers - a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig - to get each morning off to the right start. Enjoy meals with your family in the dining room or the sunny breakfast room, relax with a newspaper in the comfortable living room, and eventually head outside to the large deck to take a seat in a rocking chair and watch the waves roll in. At night, you'll find a main bedroom suite with an enormous private bathroom on the first floor and four more bedrooms upstairs.

The Casago team managing the house did an excellent job handling the few problems that came up. We've been staying at Blue Waters for a few years now. It has generous space, is beachfront with a boardwalk, was clean, and we were provided with the necessities needed when moving in. The kitchen was well furnished (except that we were short on forks and table knives, probably buried in beach sand). We will rent next season.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home with our teenage kids. The location, covered porch and extensive ocean views from almost every room set this home apart. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. We hope to come back to this house for another trip. It was great!

Our extended family of 9 (3 couples and 3 small children), had a wonderful stay at this property. The location cannot be beat; the beach clean and not too crowded; the interior rooms clean and really spacious;…but the big, shady beachside porch may be my favorite.

Our family of 9 adults stayed very comfortably. The breakfast/dining area was very roomy so meals at the house were easily accommodated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Enjoyed having coffee on the Oceanside porch every morning. Highly recommend.

Loved Folly Beach

The house was great, easy walk or drive to town, spacious bedrooms and living area. The only issue we had was the refrigerator was not working, we were not made aware of the problem and discovered it after several days into the stay resulting in having to throw out some of our food.

Many of the items in the house lacked upkeep. The back deck door did not shut properly, multiple items in the house didn’t work - we had to go out and buy our own coffee machine. Most of the toilets didn’t flush properly and had to manually fix them. The freezer doesn’t shut well consistently and many items in the freezer did not stay frozen. The air conditioner works well but in the living/kitchen area it was hard to keep it cooler. When we arrived the cleaners were still there and reported to us that they had an additional 30 minutes after the time that we were told for check-in to finish their cleaning. When we went in the house, the floors were absolutely not cleaned. There were piles of hair and dust in corners all throughout the house. There were also an extreme amount of ants around the front and bottom of the property. With the requirement of having to keep the lights off due to the turtles, we had to keep the house completely dark at dusk, due to not having any shades in the window. Although there was a lot, we were disappointed in the spaciousness of the house and the bathrooms and bedroom sizes were really great especially for a party of 10. The location is also amazing.

Blue Waters

This was the second year we rented the house and it is truly a wonderful place. Clean, spacious, fantastic access to the beach. The only drawback is the location of the kitchen sink which is in a corner; this was a design flaw and not sure it could be fixed. Still, this house is as close to perfect as possible. We will be there again next year.

Good beach house

Very nice house, clean although a bit musty smelling at first. Great beach access. Walkable into town. Lots of bathrooms although I would have liked more towels in each bathroom. My biggest complaint is the number of messages I got with different info about codes for the door - good thing I had them all saved and could try them all!
