This well-equipped retreat is located only a mile away from downtown Folly Beach, Folly Beach Pier, and one of the public beach accesses. Downtown is packed with great dining options and coffee shops. Experience the waters from another point of view by booking a kayak or canoe tour at Flipper Finders Boat & Sea Kayak Tours. Fishers can book a fishing excursion at Tight Line Outfitters (a half mile away) or just visit the local pier.

The first floor of the condo offers a beautiful open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces into one. Kick your feet up and rest in the sunny living area, which boasts a large TV, a fireplace, and comfy furniture, creating a wonderful spot to unwind with your loved ones. Prepare mouth-watering meals or snacks in the well-appointed kitchen that you can later enjoy either at the dining table or on the balcony, which is equipped with an outdoor dining area facing the river. When mealtime is over, put on your favorite swimming suit and head over to the community outdoor pool for a refreshing splash. The second floor features two bedrooms.
