Renovated house with great floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The kids loved the jacuzzi , the ping pong table and all of the board games. I would stay there again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Unable to check in after arriving to the property. Partly my fault but also poor communication & unclear instructions from host. Front desk & management were nice tried to accommodate host decided to cancel my reservation while I was there!! Initially I was denied my refund but that changed when I contacted the booking company. My experience was horrific!!

The home was very comfortable. However, there were a few items that were not addressed for instamce:Check-In process took one hour upon arrival during holidays. They should have more staffs working during holidays and have staff conducting the check-in via tablet outside to avoid traffic and delay on the check-in process Check-In Patio was clean-Patio was full of leave debris at the time of arrivalGrill was not clean and the propane tank was emptyPool and Lake access fee should be included in the rental price. This should not be a separate fee.
