Spacious private house located in the prime location of East Stroudsburg PA. Close to beautiful hiking waterfall trails, skiing & snowboarding, and indoor waterparks such as Cammelback and Kalahari. The single level house holds 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. We can accommodate up to 10 guests upon request. There is also a huge private L-shaped pool and tennis court in the backyard.

Includes big fully loaded kitchen with brand new appliances, formal dining room, spacious living room with lots of sitting space. Large master bedroom with two double size beds and a full bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with a window overlooking the backyard. Lastly, the third bedroom has a full sized bed and also has a window overlooking the backyard.

Huge backyard with private L shaped pool (3 ft - 12 ft *diving board is currently unavailable and not for guest use) pool-side table with umbrella and chairs, relaxing swing, private tennis court, basketball hoop, fire pit, playground and patio with outdoor dining set and bbq charcoal grill/gas grill. Pool opens end of May or beginning of June and stays open until last weekend of September.

Please note:
There is additional studio apartment on the property rented to guests without any access to the patio, playground, pool, tennis court or grill. They would not have any interaction with guests staying in the house. This apartment has a separate entrance and personal parking space on the side of the house.

I will be available over the phone 24/7. Guests can call me at any time of the day or night if they have any questions. I also have a handyman who lives close by who will be available on call if needed.
