Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2+ bedroom home in Caldwell, near Nampa off Lake Avenue & Karcher. The home is less than 2 yrs new, very clean, simple, cozy, and comfortable for the guests. Comfort is guaranteed year-round. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything our home offers. Flex room equipped with treadmill, weights, exercise ball & a Murphy's single bed. Printer available for use. Near Lake Lowell, easy freeway access, restaurants, shopping and hospital nearby. Patio furniture [also small portable BBQ] stored in garage when not in use but available for your use. 30 minutes drive to/from Boise Airport. Community playground for young children. Have more than 4 adults in your party, bring the children with their sleeping bags, lots of floor space.

Klamath Falls community in Caldwell, Idaho. Simple home and comfortable area, close to shopping, restaurants, Lake Lowell and nearby St Luke's Hospital-Nampa.

What makes this property unique

My property is simple, cozy and equipped with necessary+ furnishings. I try and want to accommodate guests while staying at the home. It is 1-story house - no stairs.
