This was a perfect location for our stay: close to the university and great food and walking options. The only thing is that the floors/rugs were not clean. I would love to come back as we visit family in Buffalo often if it was a cleaner space to be in.

The host was very welcoming and very attentive. The home was cozy and perfect for my family’s holiday stay. It is centrally located to major shopping and dining. The kitchen was well stocked with basics to prepare a family meal. I will definitely stay here again.

Property had active spider webs (above beds, doors, corners), excessive mold in bathroom, dirty/dusty air vents, missing smoke detector, no working AC unit.Entrance to house was unsafe with floor board steps loose, paint peeling, and trash in front landscaping.Kitchen had exposed wiring and hand written note that AC and microwave could not be run simultaneously.Kitchen counters were visibly slanted and paint peeling in corners.Listing indicated an entire house - incorrect. It is bottom floor only and central hall has 2 futon-type loveseats for sitting area.Unsuccessful communication with host. Host admitted to power surge and issues with AC after check in only. No communication prior. Shared photos of visible dirt and insect/spider issues. No clearly identified strategies for correcting. Felt unsafe and did not stay at house.
