Completely completed in March 2016, the single-family elevator villa, double-sided lighting and independent balcony, overlooking the beautiful mountain view, surrounding 250-level orchard turf activity space, the best choice for leisure and holiday.
Adjacent to Taitung College, Kangle Elementary, Nalu-wan Hotel. Pacific Ocean to the left and Dulan Mountains on the right, a perfect location for leisure and holidays.
Building package can barbecue, 1 km (about 2 minutes by car) from Taitung airport for civil aviation, urban area 2.5 km (about 5 minutes by car), 6 km train station (about 10 minutes by car), near the village of Tiehua, Forest Park, Waterfront Park , prehistoric museum, Zhengqi Road sightseeing night market.
