Could not have been better!

We could not have had a better place to stay for our team trip to Duluth. There was plenty of room and supplies for 12 of to eat, sleep and relax. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful and everything seem well thought out. We loved the setting and being able to walk to coffee and trails. Thanks so much for making it a truly wonderful trip for us.

This property is beautiful! It’s conveniently located and well appointed. The kitchen, island bar area and oversized dining room table was perfect to accommodate my cousins and their spouses. The kitchen was well stocked and a breeze in which to prepare meals. The host was super responsive, even came to the property to check out a WiFi issue and provided an alternate network which performed beautifully for one of my cousins working on a proposal for work. Thank you!

The condo was absolutely perfect. Spacious, comfortable, clean and plenty of amenities (basics and above). It exceeded our expectations from decor, towels and linens, and the kitchen amenities. One note: The “main house” is upstairs so those with physical challenges w/ stairs may struggle with this floor plan.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home was beautiful, spotless, and very well stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the hot tub and sauna, and loved how conveniently close it was to the ski hill and Burnett Dairy. We would definitely stay here again!

We have a wonderful stay! Beautiful located by the ski hill, pet friendly, and it had all the accommodations you could think of. It was beautifully decorated and super clean & cozy. The Sauna & Hot Tub were relaxing after a long day out in the cold! We would love to stay again if we come back to the area!

place was very nice! we loved the hot tub and sauna and the high ceilings made it seem super open. it worked perfect for our large group that were skiing and spirit. we could walk from the place which made it convenient to be able to come and go as we please. would definitely stay again.

Excellent

We loved the accommodations! This is the perfect house and location for a ski trip. Everything was thought of and easy to access and enjoy. From the well appointed kitchen to the relaxing hot tub and sauna, I can't really think of anything it is missing. The layout is ideal for four couples and a few extra kids (if required). The hiking trail a few steps away was also ideal. Being able to walk back from Spirit mountain to enjoy lunch, was also a nice bonus! Thanks for a great vacation!

Excellent Stay For A Weekend Winter Getaway

We had a group of 16 stay at RiverWest for a ski weekend at Spirit Mountain, renting the connected Northern Retreat and Northwoods units, and everything was fantastic. Both units were beautiful, spacious, and easily accommodated our entire group, with fully stocked kitchens (including an air fryer and two coffee machines), excellent hot tubs for relaxing after skiing, and four bathrooms in each unit which made getting ready easy. Communication for check-in and check-out was smooth and stress-free, and when we had a minor issue with the oven, Jinell responded quickly and was very helpful. There were plenty of clean towels, multiple pull-out beds (though some guests preferred the couches), and plenty of privacy for a large group. Overall, it was an excellent weekend, and we'll definitely be returning to RiverWest for future group gatherings in Duluth.

This is a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay very much and were thankful for the highchair and the portable crib. Only two issues with the property...the grill was not clean at all...we tried to grill on it but there was so much grease on the grill it smoked like we were signaling a problem! Also, for a place this nice, I think they could do better with the paper products (kleenix, paper towels, TP).Potential renters should note the kitchen and dining room are located on the second floor. I don't know if I missed that in the listing but it was a shock as three of the people in our party have knee issues. We made it work though.
