Living & Bedroom Areas
Sunlight streams through large windows, highlighting neoclassical patterns on the walls. The living area can be converted into a cozy bedroom, while the gallery bedroom upstairs provides a restful perch with high ceilings and discreet alcoves for your essentials. Both spaces feature air conditioning, soft bedding, and thoughtful lighting to ensure comfort throughout the year.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes all cookware and appliances needed for everyday meals—from morning coffee to a home-cooked dinner. The dining area offers a welcoming space to share meals, enjoy conversation, or simply relax after a day of exploration.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a rainfall shower, ambient lighting, fresh towels, quality toiletries, and laundry facilities, providing a calm, practical space for daily routines.

Access & Privacy
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Self-check-in is available via a lockbox. You will receive:

Lockbox instructions
Key + proxy chip for the building

Location
Located in one of Budapest’s most historic yet vibrant neighborhoods, the apartment is surrounded by cafés, bars, shops, and nightlife. Public transportation is nearby, allowing easy access to the city’s main attractions.

Towels & Essentials
Each guest receives:
1 large towel
1 medium towel
Shared towels for kitchen and bathroom are also provided.

Security
A security camera is installed outside the main door for safety only. It does not record internal areas.

Mandatory Guest Registration (Hungarian Law)
All guests and companions must provide personal details for the Hungarian Tourism Agency. A simple Google Form is provided to make this process easy before or upon arrival.

House Rules & Conditions
General
Remove shoes and store in the white shoe cabinet; hang coats on marble hooks.
Decorative walls are delicate—please avoid leaning.
No smoking inside. Penalty applies if smoke is detected.
Avoid spilling liquids; report any issues immediately.

Bathroom & Toilet
Do not flush sanitary products, wipes, or paper towels (grinder toilet cannot handle them).
Turn off the electric towel dryer after use.
Exercise caution when entering the bathroom.

Heating
Open radiator covers to adjust thermostats.
Kitchen thermostat is more visible.

Gallery Bedroom
Limited to 2 persons, or 3 if the third is a baby.

TV & Appliances
Rotate the TV only from the right side to avoid wiring damage.
Soft bedding should be returned to the laundry basket if found in the dryer.
Smart Door Lock
Lift the handle until it clicks, then use the key to lock/unlock.
