• Year-Round Indoor Pool & Fitness Room — swim anytime, with a full bath, kitchenette, dining & lounge areas.
• Game House — arcade games, billiards, air hockey, foosball, darts, poker/card table, board games, theater-style lounge, and children’s play area.
• Lofty Lodge — First floor bedroom, bathroom & laundry plus spacious living room with large flatscreen tv. Up the spiral stairs? Four full beds and comfy seating!

The barnyard corral—home to miniature horses, donkeys, chickens, and our goats Penelope & Oreo—is also open for gentle interaction during your stay. With plenty of room indoors and out, The Retreat House offers something for every age and group.

We like to make checkout easy for our guests. Please do not strip the beds. We only ask that you gather dirty dishes run start a cycle in the dishwasher ( you do not have to put them away).
Take the garbage to the dumpster across the driveway at check out. If there is inclement weather or too much accumulated during your stay, feel free to contact our caretakers to pick up on your behalf
Please gather used towels in a pile on the bathroom or laundry room floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Swimming pool and trails are at your own risk. Do not leave children unattended Barnyard and Nature Trails available from DAWN to DUSK
Do not leave children unattended Quiet Hours from 10pm- 8am No smoking indoors zero tolerance for littering on the property

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay. We go away with our friends and the kids every year and this was the perfect house for us. The kids got to pet and feed the animals and the caretaker was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The attention to detail throughout the house is amazing and everything you could think of that you needed was readily available! Thank you for making our stay memorable, we will be back again!

We love being surrounded in nature, honoring the history of the home by recreating the farmstay that existed hundreds of years ago.

What makes this property unique

This amazing home is like no other! There's truly something for everyone! Its labyrinth like layout, inside and out, is definitely one to experience! The attached indoor pool house, the fitness room within, are among the guests favorite! Families love the game room, filled with so much like multiple arcade games, air hockey, fooseball, darts, billiards, poker tables, board games, and childs play area, along with movie theater style lounge area, will keep kids of all ages entertained. The barnyard corral, where guests are welcome to visit and meet/pet the farm animals during their stay, The nature trails and mountain streams throughout the property are perfect for hikes, picnics, and exploration. This is a destination home where families and groups will make memories that will last a lifetime!
