With its open-concept layout, cozy ambiance, and breathtaking views of the Elkhorn Mountains, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, nostalgia, and modern convenience.
Inside the Home
Step inside to a bright and inviting open floor plan where the kitchen and living room flow seamlessly together. The living area features comfortable seating, an electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and a new Smart TV with YouTube TV for streaming your favorite shows. A small desk nook provides the perfect space for remote work or writing postcards home.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, complete with an electric stove, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook and dine in. Enjoy a cup of locally roasted Sorbenots Coffee each morning as you take in the peaceful river views.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The queen master bedroom invites relaxation, with French doors that open to a new deck overlooking the river and private backyard — an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset reflections. The main bathroom, conveniently located just off the hallway, features a shower/tub combo.
The second queen bedroom is tastefully decorated with its own attached private bathroom featuring a stand-up shower, perfect for guests seeking privacy and comfort. Best of all, the entire home is single-level, making it accessible and easy to navigate.
Outdoor Living
The backyard is your own private oasis with multiple seating areas designed for every mood and moment. Relax on the elevated deck off the master, gather for stories around the firepit, lounge in the reclining chairs by the river, or enjoy a glass of wine under the covered patio with twinkling lights. Please note that approval depends on our cleaning team’s schedule, as we want to ensure the property is fully prepared for every guest. If approved, there will be an additional charge of $20 per hour for either early check-in or late check-out. For approval, please inquire with your host.***

• Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts.
Pet Policy
• This home is not pet friendly - sorry, no exceptions.

• Damages: Guests will be charged for stained towels, linens, or damages beyond standard wear and tear.
• Excess Cleaning: An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property requires extra attention after your stay.
