Retreat to the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, or choose from two additional bedrooms—ideal for families or small groups. Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms plus a queen-size sofa bed in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to 8 registered overnight guests.
Stay comfortable year-round with central heat and air conditioning. The home also features high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated desk/work area for remote work, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Parking is easy with plenty of street parking and a private driveway.
Located a mile from Baker City’s downtown historic district, you’ll be close to local shops, cafés, breweries, and restaurants. Enjoy nearby trails and scenic drives, visit the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, or spend the day at Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort for skiing, hiking, biking, and year-round outdoor recreation. Take a peaceful stroll along the Leo Adler Pathway by the Powder River. Whether you’re here for outdoor adventure, local history, or a relaxing small-town getaway, Liberty House puts you close to it all.
Guests have access to the entire home, including the front and backyard. Locked owner closets and the garage are not accessible to guests.
For guest safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are in use, including a Ring doorbell at the front entry and a camera outside the garage monitoring the driveway and garage entry. These cameras also capture portions of the yard. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or garage.
I value guest privacy, but I’m always available if needed—via platform messaging, text, phone, or in person.
For guest safety, property protection, and occupancy compliance, the property utilizes exterior monitoring devices.

These devices are motion activated and record video and audio.
There are NO cameras, audio recording devices, or surveillance devices inside the home or inside private guest-use areas.
Tampering with, disabling, obstructing, or removing monitoring equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of reservation without refund and additional damage or service fees.
SMOKING POLICY
This property is strictly non-smoking inside the home, near entrances, or near windows.
• Includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and e-cigarettes
• Cigarette waste must not be disposed of in interior trash cans or yard areas
Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum remediation fee of $350 for odor removal, cleaning, and property restoration.
PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Unauthorized pets will result in a minimum fee of $250 per pet to cover allergen removal and cleaning
We are happy to recommend local boarding options upon request.
GUEST OCCUPANCY & VISITORS
Overnight Guests
• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
• Additional overnight guests require advance written approval.
• Approved additional overnight guests will incur a fee of $30 per person per night plus applicable lodging taxes.
Day Visitors
• Up to 3 additional day visitors beyond registered guests may be permitted.
• All day visitors must depart by 8:00 PM unless pre-approved by host.
EVENTS & GATHERINGS
Gatherings exceeding registered overnight guests and approved day visitors require prior written host approval.
Unauthorized gatherings, or events may result in:
• Minimum $450 event violation fee
• Immediate termination of reservation
• Removal from property
• Additional cleaning, damage, or security service charges if applicable
PHOTOGRAPHY & COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial photography, filming, or business-related use of the property is prohibited without prior written owner authorization.
RESTRICTED AREAS
Guests may access the full home and yard except:
• Locked host closets
• Garage
• Any locked or labeled storage areas
EXTENDED STAY HOUSEKEEPING
Reservations exceeding 22 days require professional housekeeping service every 14 days. Fees will be billed separately.
CHECK-OUT POLICY
Checkout time must be honored to allow proper preparation for incoming guests.
• $30 fee applies after 15 minutes past checkout time
• Additional $50 fee charged for each 30-minute increment without host approval
PROPERTY DAMAGE & LIABILITY
Guests agree to:
• Report any damage immediately
• Accept financial responsibility for damages caused by themselves or visitors
• Allow reasonable access for maintenance or repair when necessary
The property owner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or abandoned personal property.
RULE ENFORCEMENT & RESERVATION AGREEMENT
By confirming this reservation and occupying the property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these House Rules.
Violations may result in:
• Additional charges billed through booking platform or damage protection claims
• Reservation cancellation without refund
• Removal from property
• Collection efforts or dispute defense using booking records, surveillance records, occupancy data, and documented policy acknowledgment
These rules form part of the rental agreement and are enforceable under platform terms of service and applicable state lodging laws.
