Located just a short walk from the ocean, this charming, sunlit cottage is ideal for a family vacation or couples retreat here on Topsail Island! Set midway between Wilmington and Jacksonville, you and your guests will enjoy easy access to fine dining, shopping, sea kayaking, fishing, and world-class golf. This property is also just steps away from the space that hosts the annual Ocean City Jazz Fest, for those making the trip out for that.

This cottage features a full kitchen that comes with everything but the dishwasher to help you whip up all your favorite dishes at home. Gather around the nearby dining table for mealtimes or family game nights or head to your furnished and shaded patio for a perfect alfresco experience. After fun-filled beach days, return home, sink into the matching sofas in the living area, and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. A furnished sunroom at the front of the home offers an additional space for morning coffee or afternoon reads.

This comfortable retreat also includes a washer/dryer to help you keep your swimsuits and towels clean and bright, a selection of beach toys for your enjoyment, and a convenient and very private outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt and sand.

Awesome Location

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely home. The house is so nicely decorated and spaciously laid out. We were happy with how well stocked the kitchen was and the very short walk to the beach! We highly recommend this cottage.

The Sea View Cottage is in a perfect location, walking distant to beach and you can view the ocean from the cottage. The cottage is clean and well equipped. Customer service from Vacasa was excellent!

We loved the house! Queen bed slept amazingly. Did not miss the dishwasher. I wish the homeowners did not enclose the front porch. I felt the sitting area was a waste of space. I made a makeshift covered area at the top of the stairs. Location is great! No so great beds in bunk room. Outdoor shower was the best!!!! Yes, I would definitely come back. Thank you for an amazing week at N Topsail Beach.... Julie Dunning
