Be the envy of your friends when you show them what you have booked for your next escapade! This dog-friendly home boasts a prime location within walking distance to the beach and amenities that will make your stay breezy and unforgettable. The enclosed backyard will be the perfect place for your dog to run around freely - there is a firepit where you and your friends can gather and roast s'mores while storytelling. Another great outdoor space is the wrap-around deck with an outdoor dining area, Adirondack chairs, and a swing. Admire beautiful beach views from here while dining alfresco. There is a patio under the home with another dining area (picnic table) and a dartboard.

Inside, the home features an inviting living area with a gas fireplace, comfortable furniture, and a TV. The open kitchen is complete with all major appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker and a dishwasher. The center island seats two and adds dining space to the four-person dining table off of the kitchen. The main bedroom has a private beachfront balcony, an en suite bathroom, and its own seating area with comfortable sofas, a four-person table, and a TV.

The kitchen was very well appointed and the house was a great size for 3 adults and one tiny dog. The fenced backyard was perfect for our furry friend!Loved being able to sit on the front deck and see the sunrises and sunsets.Great house overall!

Loved all the windows and being able to easily see the ocean from the sofa, kitchen, and decks! Comfortable furniture inside and out. Figuring out the light and ceiling fan switches made for a fun little scavenger hunt. Beach access is very close and there's a nice outdoor shower.

Wonderful stay on our Christmas trip. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Very short walk to beach. Just a few things needed addressing, washing machine did not work well at all, would suggest more blankets, side door keypad did not work and back yard needs some tlc. We brought a lot of wood and used the firepit almost every night. With all that aside everything was nice, dogs loved laying out on the wrap around porch and trips to the beach. Very quiet area, loved walking down the secondary street, which is just shy of a mile. Would stay again.

Great house! Right by the beach. Loved the inside and the fenced in backyard for our dog. Has great views of the sound and beach. We will definitely return. Great communication by management. There were some cons, but not enough to keep us from coming back.

Much needed break

Loved the island, house was great, steps from the beach with an ocean view. Puppy friendly with a fenced in back yard. Clean with ample linens. We will definitely be back!

Great location. Fantastic fenced yard. Short walk to public beach access. Beautifully decorated with all needed for kitchen. Please label the light switches. The master bedroom mattress was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on so I switched bedrooms. Porches were great. Our dogs were happy in the yard able to be off leash.

Sweet and too short

Loved the property!! It’s perfect for us and our two dogs. Location is perfect. We could listen to the ocean and had a nice view of beach from the porches. Great for reading a book in the afternoon. We loved having the fenced in backyard with firepit. Lots of flowers. The house is nicely decorated with beach themes. Loved the master bedroom. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for having us.

Perfect location, amazing kitchen, awesome views

So many places to sit and chill! Swing on front porch high top for al fresco dining, screened porch for watching the storms move in! Enjoyed the fire pit with fenced in yard for Millie, the dog. The Topsail, Mayberry by the Sea, was finished in two days. Great cookbooks and every utensil you could want. Thank you so much!

The location of this house is great, with views of the ocean from the porch, and the furnishings are relatively comfortable, but the property, including the house itself, had a sad air of neglect. Hope the owners are able to give it a little TLC in the coming weeks.

Summer vaca 2023

We spent a week on vacation with our youngest 2 grown children and 7 month old.granddaughter. It would have been better if the washing machine was working so we could wash clothes as needed. Unfornately the property management company didnt arrange to have repairs completed during our stay as stated when problem was reported.

Overall one of the best rentals we’ve ever found for 2 adults and our dog. We look forward to returning. Pros: The clean, modern decor, great cooking/ living space, linens included made this home feel very comfortable. Our dog enjoyed being off leash in the fully fenced backyard. The ocean views from the deck & screened porch and a short walk to the beach cannot be beat. This house was the perfect size (and price) for our little family of 2 adults 1 dog. Cons: The keypad lock access code Vacasa emailed us prior to arrival was incorrect and we had to contact them to gain entry. We could not use the cargo elevator for unloading/ repacking our vehicle. The refrigerator is missing most of the plastic shelves on the inside of the door which limited storage space. The 2 charcoal grills in the carport were not clean/ usable (fortunately we travel with our own). There are A LOT of light switches in this house and the owners may want to consider labeling them. There was no instruction binder like in many homes to provide emergency numbers, trash/ recycle days, restaurant or activity recommendations, instructions for check-in/out, etc.
