Filled with modern amenities, Casper queen bed, 65 inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. This condo is in the hub of it all.. restaurants, bakery, casino, Public Gardens and all that downtown has to offer, including being only a 2-minute walk to the waterfront. Main bus route is outside your lobby door for easy access around the city. Indoor parking @ $25 / day

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with 6 appliances, bedroom with a Casper queen size mattress & living room that overlooks the water with a 65 inch TV.



We are located in the heart of it all. Steps from the Scotiabank Centre. There are plenty of delicious spots to eat, grab coffee or enjoy the nightlife that the city offers.



The waterfront is a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk.

Clean. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. New upscale appliances. The Queen size mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, bright, and wonderful. Fantastic downtown location just minutes walk to shops, pubs, dining, beach board walk. We could see the water from our 5th floor window. My wife said “perfect location” Classy condo building. Responsive host. There is new building construction next door. 7 am to 5 pm. I mention that as a fact …but the sound from the site was NOT an issue for this retired couple.
