The condo is in a very convenient location to quickly be at Sunset Beach! Was impressed with how nice the property was, found it very clean and welcoming. The only issue encountered was the oven is not working properly(would not preheat/wouldn't bake a pizza), and would also suggest some sealing around the balcony door to keep smoke smells from coming inside from neighbors.

The property was nice and clean. The stove and dishwasher could use to be updated but were in working order. Overall, it was a great trip!

Really large space and beautiful views. 2 separate doors of entry, with a room divider in-between the apartment style area. Set up was nice, kitchen had the basics (need a beer opener), and overall clean. We weren't certain if the stay included the pool (it doesn't, a card is needed for entry). The outside deck is really small and has lots of protruding nails. We had a great stay and it was the perfect location for the Sunset Beach race nearby.

Older condo...odd layout - nice to have separation w/ 2 small 1 bedroom/1 bath kitchen.Plastic shower curtain - should replace with one that can be washed.

The unit was on the third floor, not the second as we were told. The kitchen light didn't work. The oven didn't work. The screws in the door latch didn't hold and came out and prevented the door from closing. There was too much furniture and other stuff crammed into the unit. There is no screened porch.

Easy reservation and check-in process. Condo is clean and furniture is fairly new and very comfortable. The "two adjoining suites" layout is great for more than a couple of people - privacy and quiet. Top floor is nice too - didn't hear anyone with heavy feet above us. :) Was a very comfortable stay for me and my two brothers, as a reunion.

We had an amazing stay at the beach house! The place was super clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. Loved being so close to the beach—it was perfect for relaxing mornings and sunsets. Everything we needed was there, and it felt like a true getaway. Would definitely stay here again!
