The Potters House was a lovely stay for a weekend getaway. It felt roomy, beautiful, well designed and well stocked. I appreciated all of the little touches that make it feel more like a home than a hotel room. Would love to stay here again!

If I win the lottery I’d try to buy this place!

5 stars for The Potter’s House. Perfect Staunton location, easy walk to the historic district and ideal for a mother/daughter trip. Beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The shared basement library felt magical, and we never ran into other guests. Parking was easy with the provided pass (signage a bit confusing at first). We hope to return for another visit & another stay

Great 4-night stay in this spacious, light-filled, well-appointed apartment in a great location.

This is a lovely, spacious, quiet upstairs two-bedroom apartment in a wonderful location, just two blocks from the main commercial area with many shops and restaurants. The apartment was thoughtfully appointed with various appliances and a K-cup machine for coffee. Due to the cold weather, we were not able to use the very nice balconies. We made limited use of the library/gameroom on the lowest level but it was nice to have that option. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Potter's House was absolutely beautiful. It looked brand new -- I felt like I was the first person to stay in the apartment after their renovations (but I know I was not!). Perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. Everything that we needed was there. It is super spacious and sunny. Oh -- and the bed was so comfortable. I got better sleep here than in my own bed!! Super plush towels.I loved that we could walk into town from this location. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house (but not downtown -- so walking is preferable). If you are reading through other reviews, ignore the person that said there is only 1 roll of toilet paper. I saw that review and brought my own, but it turns out the extra rolls are in the bathroom cabinet so we were covered! I highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Very easy stay. Excellent communication with Staunton Stays. The unit’s location is easily accessible to downtown area with shops and cafes. Located in a pretty neighborhood. The unit itself is decorated beautifully and thoughtfully equipped with great details. Unit is roomy and has a private back porch. Would highly recommend.

This was one of our best vacations yet. The Potters’ House is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location is convenient and memorable. I think we have to visit again next April.
