Security company patrols all of our homes at night to safeguard against parties. We also have a camera at the front door, back door and front of garage that records once every hour for 30 seconds as well as when there is movement, to provide security for our guests!

No parking vehicles that Leak oil on the driveway. Additional fee if we have to power wash the driveway NO SMOKING VAPINT IN OR AROUND THE HOUSE
