Magnificent Luxury Home in Eastward Look - Central A/C, Walk to Scarborough Beach, 4 Bedroom, 3 full Baths, (Sleeps 10-12) recently remodeled top to bottom, open floor plan, huge eat in granite kitchen with breakfast bar, Viking stove, SS appliances, Pottery Barn Furnishings, New bathrooms with tile and granite vanities, Great Room with fieldstone wet bar, and fieldstone fireplace , huge florida room with Pottery Barn dining table w seating for 10, large fenced in backyard with patio furniture (table, umbrella, chairs, chaise lounge, Grill), large grass area for games w family and friends, and a heated outdoor enclosed shower. We strive to keep the house in beautiful condition for our guests.

We have two young children and understand the importance of cleanliness and having as many amenities as possible so you can travel light. We understand vacations are precious time and costly. In light of this we strive to provide everything we would expect in looking for a high end vacation beach home. Most of the amenities we provide are not included in our competitors listings and are the little things that make all the difference in the world.

All dinnerware, pots (Lobster pot), pans, bed linens, bath towels and separate beach towels are provided. Driveway parking for 5 cars and off Street Parking on front lawn fit another 2-3 vehicles. Local beach is free to get on no passes required. We have a shed that contains a beach wagon (to cart your kids back and forth to the beach and playground), 6 adult beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach toys pails/shovels for kids) beach buggy to transport beach toys etc, outdoor games for large backyard, tennis rackets, basketball.

First Floor: full bathroom has stand up shower and washer and dryer. Both the Family Room, and Florida Room have wall mounted 55 inch LED Smart TVs, With Sling TV (45 cable channels), Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus and Multiple other apps that allow you Multiple viewing options. High speed internet is included.

ALL 4 BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN SMART TVs.

First Floor: Bedroom 1 -Master bedroom has queen bed and roll out twin trundle Bed, full master bath has shower/tub combo granite vanity.

Second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom 2 has queen bed and bunk beds (2 twins). Bedroom three has queen bed. Bedroom 4 has full size bed. 2nd floor bath boasts new subway tile walk-in shower with high pressure rain head. Again all Bedrooms gave Smart TV’s

Great room has seating area with a sofa and pull out full/queen sleeper.(55 inch smart TV). Family room also has large Pottery Barn sectional couch with a 55 inch smart TV)

Our home is a 10 minute walk to Scarborough Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern New England. We are also a 3 blocks (side streets) from a wonderful park that has a children's playground, Swings, slides, play tower, tennis courts, and basketball court. Additionally a 5 minute drive gets you to mini golf, bumper boats, arcade, go carts, shopping, restaurants, and ice cream.

Nearby attractions include, Narragansett Pier/Seawall, Point Judith Lighthouse, the ferries to Block Island (3 miles), Newport (20 min.) the Coast Guard House restaurant, Adventureland park in Narragansett (go carts/batting cages/bumper boats/mini golf/carousel (2 miles), The high speed ferry to Martha's Vineyard is located only about 25 minutes away, Roger Williams Zoo in Providence, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, welcome you to enjoy our

Please strip the sheets from the beds and leave them on the floor of the room they came from. Put dirty towels on the floor of bathrooms or bedrooms.

This beach house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 12 of us and we all had plenty of space. The living/family room, dining area, kitchen, and bar area was amazing and the highlight of the home. We were able to all gather and easily cook and have family dinners all together. The beach is just a short walk (.5 mile) down the street, which is easily accessible through a backyard gate. The house is equipped with all the kitchen and beach gear you would need for a week away. Also, the house is in a central location to “downtown” Narragansett and Point Judith. Both less than a 10 min car ride from the house. We will definitely be back!

The check in process was fine. Communication from the host was prompt. The house was very clean and neat, as described in the listing. Everything was in good working order, and our stay was comfortable. IMO, the 2 huge plusses that the house has going for it, is 1) they dont force you to book an entire week minimum, which I appreciated, and 2) the location was fantastic. It was very close to Scarborough beach, and I was able to drop the family off and then go park my car back at the house, and walk down to the beach, so we didn't have to fool around with parking. I had never been there, but Scarborough was a very nice beach. Overall, I found this to be a positive stay, and I would consider staying there again in the future. This is a nice property.

Great week in Narragansett!

We have been coming to Narragansett for years, and this is now our favorite place to stay! The home is bright and welcoming and has everything you need for a beach vacation. The property is very close to the beach and has everything from umbrellas and chairs to boogie boards and wagons. It’s very week stocked with kitchen items as well and there was plenty of room for us to eat together at one table! The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back next summer.

4th of July Crew

We had an amazing family 4th of July vaca! There was so much common space to play games, eat and just hang out. The backyard was beautiful. We cooked out on the grill and played games, we also had our morning coffee on the back patio. We walked to the beach for fun in the sun. Communication with owner was great. Quick responses, and very friendly. I definitely recommend renting this home for your next family vacation at the beach.

Michael & KC were super hosts! Property is BETTER than the online pictures...Every amenity was offered. Pleasant and short walk to the beach and IMO the best location in Narragansett; close to all but offering the privacy setting of a larger home. If you like to cook/entertain for family & friends, stay here!! Large open space concepts perfect for summer cookouts. We made some wonderful memories at Beach Blessings.

This house was amazing! It was a perfect fit for our family! It has a spacious floor plan; the windows along the walls of the family room where the large table is makes you feel like you're outside in the backyard, the bedrooms accommodated each family to a tee, the outdoor shower is awesome & the beach décor inside & out just gives you a relaxing ocean vibe! Awesome location

We have a party of 11 and my nephew is in a wheel chair. The layout of the house was perfect for us. The outside shower was so helpful in bathing our nephew and to clean up after the beach. We overpacked with beach chairs and boogie boards because there were plenty provided in the shed. We cooked a large breakfast at home every day before heading out to the beach and Block Island Ferry. Everything we needed was less than 10 minutes away. We will be back.

Amazing Vacation at Narragansett House

House was a perfect fit for our family (7 adults and three kids, ages 8 and 5). It was clean, comfortable, and completely stocked with what we needed. The little yard out back came with some outside toys that the kids loved playing with after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower was so convenient to have (and necessary to try and keep the sand outside!). The house location was unbeatable - quiet neighborhood where we could walk and ride bikes w/the kids, as well as a small playground and basketball courts they were able to enjoy. Short walk to Scarborough Beach (some of the adults walked, but it would have been too much for OUR kids after a long day at the beach, but is absolutely doable). Best part of the vacation/house - the dining room table - it seated 10 comfortably! We are a family of 10 and this is the first house that could accommodate us all enjoying meals together! The owner, Michael, was responsive in both the planning our trip and while we were there. He had to stop in to help us with a ceiling fan (operator error on our part!) - he was friendly and chatted with us for a while - even suggested a great restaurant - Jimmy's Portside in Narragansett - which was AWESOME!!

Lovely time

This is a beautiful home with a nice airy, open layout and plenty of space for people to gather. The fenced-in yard was perfect to corral my two grandsons, 4 and 18 months - the walk to the beach was very doable (but more like a 15 minute walk when pulling a wagon and pushing carriages - LOL not quite the five minutes as advertised) - but that is a small quibble - it was super easy to have one person drop kids and stuff off in the car and walk or ride a bike down after bringing the car back to the house. Scarborough Beach and all the beaches we went to in RI were great, nice amenities, snacks, bathroom and shower facilities etc. Central air worked great and we had a bunch of hot days and we loved the outdoor shower. We also appreciated the little niceties like toys for the kids, shampoo and conditioner in the outdoor shower, laundry detergent etc - the welcome basket was a nice touch. We also loved that linens and towels were included as we often rent at the Cape and that is not the usual there. Beds were comfortable, (bring a reading light if you want to read in bed as there are no lamps, just overhead lighting in the bedrooms) and the place looked as pictured, if not better - kitchen was outfitted nicely and the whole place felt very comfortable and welcoming. We had a great time - the playground just a few blocks away was terrific for the kids and we liked being halfway between many beaches and lots of restaurants. The owner was awesome responding when we had a small glitch with the bathroom tub drain and overnighted a fix for us. I very much recommend this place - you can't go wrong renting it.

My wife and I have a 9 year old and 6 year old. I am an attorney in providence RI. My wife and I purchased this vacation home a few years back and completely remodeled with the intention moving to property for the summers. After the first year we realized how much we love Narragansett and relocated our primary residence to Narragansett and this property was intended to rent to friends and family whom enjoyed it so much that they suggested we explore the high end rental market seeing the general sentiment was this home was the perfect beach rental.

Why they chose this property

As mentioned above this house was not remodeled as a rental home but rather a primary residence and it certainly shows. Most of our competitors do not take the care we do in maintaining our home. In the past my family and friends have rented vacation homes and generally feel that they were not clean enough, or did not have all the amenities we wanted, and left wishing we spent a little more money to get something a bit more high end. We wanted to walk into a rental property and Smile with the feeling that our money was well spent. You know the old adage “you get what you pay for.” At the end of the day you are renting a 4 bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms 4 including the outside shower along with significant privacy and amenities. Comparing this Property to a high end 4 bedroom hotel room within walking distance to the beach in Narragansett (if such a thing even exists) represents a significant savings.

What makes this property unique

We take great pride maintaining the property and ensuring your stay with us is a memorable one. We provide amenities that most of our competitors do not, such as separate beach towels, multiple beach chairs, coolers, radio flyer cart, Pails, shovels and kids beach toys, pack and play crib , backyard toys. We also provide bed linens, and separate bath towels. Every kitchen amenity we could think of is included full size coffee pot, microwave, Viking range, toaster oven. Washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. A few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels , as well, a few dishwashing pods, washer machine pods, and cleaning products are stocked for your arrival to make things convenient for you upon checking in. This gives you time to get to the market which is only 2 miles away or may even last your entire stay depending on your usage.
