The location was perfect. Our kids could come and go from the house to beach. The house is clean and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 ( 1 furry friend) had the most incredible time at this location! The home provided beautiful views, plenty of space, and was in a truly incredible location! Although the houses share walls, we did not hear any noise from neighbors. My only suggestion would be some sort of privacy cover for the doors, mainly for dog purposes. The top floor does get pretty warm, but was also comfortable for sleeping when the sun went down! Highly recommend this property!

Pros: Property is in a great location with some ocean views. Close proximity to beach access and town of Buxton. Great size for our family of 4. Cons: Overall cleanliness was average. The property lacks maintenance and updating. The stair rail to the back steps is loose and needs attention. The stairs leading up to the main floor feel like they have some looseness. We experienced upstairs air condition issues, which were mitigated with 2 window units. The units struggled to keep up in the heat of the day but did fine at night. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay. With some updating and TLC this could be a phenomenal unit.
