Hosting once again! I am close if you need anything but will never disturb you. Excellent location. Very close to beaches and 6 blks to I-10 15 minutes to downtown Pensacola and across the street from Avalon boat and kayak launch. Beautifully furnished very clean. 2 large tvs comfy beds coffee and tea bar. kitchen stocked with cooking needs. Laundry room inside. Barbecue outside.

What a great stay - we were coming down to view properties in preparation for our move to the area. The Vrbo was SO clean, centrally located, and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late and only stayed for one night. The place was very cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed for the evening. There was a place to walk our dog, and a restaurant just around the corner that had great food. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was by far the BEST place I have ever rented! After getting stuck on the freeway for almost 2 hrs, this place was like heaven to us tired travelers. Furniture was incredibly comfortable, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the house was immaculately clean, smelled soo good. My little pups enjoyed the yard and was able to finally run and stretch their legs. I wish I would have stayed here for the prior 2 weeks of vacation, instead of only a night heading back home.

A very cozy home, I went with my family and we were 6 people and we were all very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the home looks exactly like the pictures, the host was very friendly and attentive. We did enjoy our time there and I would recommend it.

The home was amazing. Very clean and spacious. We had plenty of space for everyone, and a place for my grandkids to play. It was close to several places, that we were able to visit and enjoy. We would definitely be open to renting again.

What a lovely home! We were so comfortable. Living room and beds were great. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make quick meals. We will contact you again when we visit the Pensacola area.
