This is a really great spot to stay in a town where it is hard to find a decently-priced place that isn't home-made. So worth the 18 steps!

A lovely stay! The space was comfortable and clean, and totally separate from the main house (it’s a room above the garage). Checking in and out was easy, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The hosts were easy to communicate with. I would stay here again, for sure!

I had a fantastic stay over this weekend. The hosts were extremely welcoming and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, and felt very safe throughout my time there. We really enjoyed being so close to downtown Gulfport, the beach, and downtown St. Petersburg.We will definitely be interested in booking with them again in the future!

Beautiful flat! Modern with tasteful, high-end furnishings and a high, maybe 10’ ceiling. Bed has a very soft topper so sleeps warm and soft, also linens have a warm hand. Snacks are sweet. Marianne said she would add some decaf coffee to choices. Neighborhood is very cute and quiet but convenient to main streets. Please note the flat is on top of a garage and there are 20 steep steps with a hand rail to access.

We were pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood was great and the room was clean and comfortable. They made fresh cookies and the room was stocked with coffee and all the essentials. My husband ate 4 cookies in 5 minutes! LOL
