Gorgeous Beach Views, Clean & Renovated at Hilton Managed Resort

Fabulous OCEAN FRONT unit with spectacular views and gorgeous nightly sunsets! The units were renovated in 2021 with new furniture, lighting and appliances. Eagles Nest is a resort that is professionally managed by Hilton. It is located right next door to the JW Marriott. The boardwalk from the resort takes you directly to Marco Island's sprawling white sand beach where beach chair and umbrella rentals are available.

The unit sleeps max 6, has two full baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, living room, dining area, screened in lanai, full gulf view from lanai and master bedroom, free cable & Hi-speed WiFi, DVD, 3 TVs. Free parking for one vehicle.

Beautiful pool with food and drink bar, 2 hot tubs, BBQs, tennis, pickleball, pool table, ping pong, racquetball, library, fitness center, daily resort activities for the whole family.

Short walk to over 10 restaurants, movie theater, miniature golf, shopping center. Beach activities including jet ski, sailing, parasail, paddle board, shelling, beach chairs and umbrella rental, etc. Fishing, golf, and boating excursions nearby. Everglades short drive away.

Please note the view my vary slightly depending on the unit you are assigned. However all in the same building as pictured and are beachfront (floor location may vary). I can provide information about the exact unit.

Please also note that if you stay multiple weeks, you may need to change units on each Friday. Please message me for inquiries about your specific timeframe.

We loved our stay at this unit and would happily return! From the moment we arrived, everything was great. Check-in was a breeze. Because the unit/property is maintained by the Hilton, there is access to the front desk 24/7. The employees were helpful and answered any questions we had about restaurant recs, etc. They even texted us a few times throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. The unit, grounds, and lobby were all impeccably maintained and very clean throughout our stay. The unit is clean, the mattresses are comfortable, and there is great water pressure. The kitchen came adequately equipped for our needs, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a nice convenience. The wi-fi is strong and a member of our party worked remotely (we were even able to access the wi-fi at the pool and beach). The screened-in lanai was great and we saw beautiful sunsets from the unit balcony without worrying about bugs. The amenities and service were excellent, and the pool & grounds were always clean. There is a snack bar that offers inexpensive sandwiches and drinks and there are daily activities (bingo, yoga, pool volleyball, etc). The pool and beach were clean and easy to access and it was very easy to get a chair/umbrella. As far as location, the unit is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a movie theatre. It is also a very short drive to Naples, which we visited on a day trip. Overall, we had zero issues, had zero complaints,
