Great location that fit my needs. Nice part of Philly, ability to walk to many sights, access to good restaurants and bars, and the space was perfect. Sarai was a great communicator, and everything was as expected.

The good: the location and clean. The bad: Advertised as two beds. No instructions for setting up the very uncomfortable sofa into a bed. No bedding left for that “bed.” Very hot in the front living room/kitchen. It didn’t help that the drapes don’t fully cover the windows and the sun pours into the space and the gaps create privacy concerns. When trying to cool that space to habitable, it turns the bedroom into an ice box. No WiFi password. No known way to contact host. No helpful hints for things to do or places to eat. The fixes should be easy enough to do. If those were done, I would stay again.

Information about checkin and parking in the area was very detailed and accurate. When we arrived to the condo it was not cleaned from the previous occupants. We contacted the host who replied quickly and explained there was mix up with the cleaning crew. We went to dinner for a few hours and when we returned the condo was nicely cleaned, with new sheets and towels. Area is very walkable and if you drive expect to pay for parking.
