The location is great. Easily walkable. Some difficulty finding parking close but doable if you give yourself some time. The place was clean and spacious. The only specific complaint is that it was cold and the thermostat was locked.

We were in town for the Mummers parade. Upon arrival there was some flooding in the basement. Reaching out to the host to resolve the issue went smoothly. They sent maintenance immediately. Turned out that the city water pipeline was leaking. Maintenance would install a pump to remove water and shop vac the basement. Because it was the holiday the city didn’t come immediately so the water on floor was an ongoing issue. We couldn’t really hang out in the basement so it got a bit crowded on the first floor. It was an unfortunate situation if not for that it would have been a 5 star rating.
