3 Bedroom apartment within 6 minute walk of the boardwalk & beach access!

Upper floor unit with 1 entrance completely separate from the guests staying in the downstairs unit. This is a duplex up and down. Inside there is free wifi, cable, Roku, Netflix, etc..bring your passwords. 3 bedrooms with 2 beds and full over full bunk bed (150 lb limit per bunk.) The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Easy walk to the beach, lake and boardwalk. You will have free parking available to a limited number of cars.

Pet friendly for up to 2 well-trained and friendly dogs. No cats or other animals alllowed. Pets must be added to reservation before booking. See house rules for full details.

We supply bedding and bath towels.

Cute place and great location. Within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach. We stayed at the upstairs apartment. All the rooms were clean, kitchen well stocked with plates, pans, silverware, cups etc.,. The bathroom had plenty of towels available. The host responded quickly and was very patient and kind answering the many questions I had as this was my first time renting outside of a hotel! Awesome experience. Would recommend and stay again.

We loved this beautiful place and highly recommend it! It was super clean, convenient to the beach and famous Boardwalk, and well stocked with essentials for every room. The large deck is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The gorgeous dining table doubled as game central for the kids. I enjoyed watching TV on the cozy couch, with plenty of movie choices. The host is amazing! Sahin is friendly, responsive, and generously accommodated our travel times. Thanks Sahin!

Easy walk to beach. Only problem was the people staying in lower unit did not share outdoor shower. So we could not rinse the sand off our feet even. But that was not the property issue. Just rude people staying in lower unit One bathroom was a challenge when we did not have access to outdoor shower to rinse off

Communication was excellent! Was very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and such for my family of 6. Was able to walk everywhere even with my mother who is much older. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend, and brought along one of our dogs. The location of this property cannot be beat! So close to everything - easy walk to the beach access, the lake park, the boardwalk, and restaurants. I love being able to park once, and walk everywhere I want to go. Good, off street parking for 2 to 3 vehicles. The apartment was clean and well appointed with anything we needed. Loved the large deck especially - it was so wonderful to sit outside under the covered portion and enjoy the salt air breeze. The host was a joy to work with - happily answered all my questions. Items to note: 1) If you plan to use the 3rd bedroom / bunkroom, the access is through one of the main bedrooms, and it is small (only enough room for the double bunk set), so keep that in mind for storage and privacy purposes. 2) The bathroom is a great size with a large shower, but no bathtub. 3) No dishwasher - this wasn't an issue for us at all, but good to be aware. Items to note for the host: 1) The outside ceiling fan should be replaced, due to normal beach conditions, it was corroded and did not seem safe to use (but the external lighting including for the stairs was great!), 2) The ice maker in the fridge does not work, 3) The kitchen faucet may need replacing as it was very stiff. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely rent this place again!

This property was perfect for our first trip to Carolina Beach! It was clean and comfortable, and within walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, lake park, and all the cute shops and restaurants in between. The neighborhood was walkable and safe. Sahin was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Great place to stay!
