About this property

This 1,000 sq foot, clean and updated condo has plenty of sleeping room for a big family at the desirable North end of Carolina Beach. Right next to the Carolina Beach fishing pier (under new ownership: new food menu, Tiki bar & more) & Freeman park, which is the only dog beach on the island.

Enjoy being close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Carolina Beach but sleeping at the quieter part of the island. Freeman Park has some of the best sunsets around and you can enjoy them all from the pier which is right next to our building.

Slow down with family

Loved the convience of how close the condo is to the sand! Loved how we could take our new addition to the family our pup Quinn. Communication between Julius and Carey was easy and quick to respond. The condo has all we needed to enjoy our time there. Everyone we met was super nice as well. The area is just beautiful! We will definitely be back!

The condo is in a great location on the north end of the Island and has a short walk to the beach and the Carolina Beach pier! The condo was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay.
