Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all used towels during your stay that are dirty and put them on the floor in the laundry room. Turn the thermostats down to 62° for heat in the winter.
Please be sure to empty all trash into the green garbage bin in the garage in bags only. Any glass bottles, aluminum, paper and cardboard go in blue bin. Do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink.
Please leave everything in the house as you found it when you arrived such as cover the patio furniture, gas grill, and all game items put away. Please let us know an approximate time of check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is not a party house; it is a place for peaceful stays in the pines in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect the peace and serene location.
This is a luxury house with expensive items and decor for you to enjoy. Any damage or missing items will be charged to guests for replacements.
Hot tub is brand new. Shower before entering, keep at 90 degrees when not in use and cover clips on. If found dirty, a $250 cleaning charge will apply

This is a great house for single or multifamily use. We rented it for a soccer tournament and the boys had a blast. The game room is spectacular and provides great entertainment. We look forward to coming back again next year!

The home is in a pristine pine forest neighborhood. Pulling up we all said “Wow! This house is beautiful!” Walking through the front door we stunned by this “Beauty”. The view draws you out to the balcony where you are up in the tree tops. 15 ladies did our annual church retreat. Plush sleeping space for all! This kitchen is EQUIPPED beyond! Game Room! Walking trial right off the patio. The thoughtfulness of every detail from tissues, to plush towels, to luxurious bedding, to seating for all! Thank You! Communication with the host’s was excellent. We can’t say enough good things about this treasure! And we can’t wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your “Beauty” with us!

This home is incredibly beautiful! Everything is upscale and the home is clean. The kitchen is very well equipped! The back deck, patio furniture and game room make for a great staycation! Our family from all over met here and we were able to enjoy our time together very comfortably! We were able to easily communicate with the gracious owners. We had a great time!!I would point out that the only stairs is a narrowSpiral staircase. It was fine for most of us but we had grandparents in their 80’s who couldn’t go downstairs. Most of the home is upstairs anyway. The only thing they missed out on was the game room. I wouldn’t say this takes away from the experience unless you have someone who couldn’t do the stairs but would want to play pool or air hockey. Those games, by the way, were a huge hit with my grandkids!

This home was absolutely stunning and perfectly located just minutes from town. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. It was an ideal setup for a large family. Our kids were thrilled with the game room and loved having their own private, secluded side of the house, while the adults enjoyed having our own space as well. Luckily, the weather was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the outdoor living spaces. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable weekend getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book here again.

House and property are beautiful. Was disappointed in lack of basic cleaning supplies, no cleaner to wipe counters or tables, very few dish towels. No fire pit on patio in cold winter months. Very little contact from owner, received email from vrbo a couple days before visit reminding them to contact me but didn’t hear from owner until a couple hours before checkin.

The property is beautful and the house was ok but i dont think they are prepared to host as many people as the listing says they can host. We had 10 people eating every meal at the house, this can cause a large amount of garbage to be thrown away. I was almost accused of not taking out the garbage on Wednesday pick up day because there was garbage in the bin on Saturday when we left. Thats 3 whole night from Wednesday to Saturday. After explaining this, the host understood but it took some talking through. The shower in the master bedroom was broken and I received a message as we were traveling to the home that the part will come in and itll be fixed but it was never fixed while we were there. This would have been something to conisder when choosing a place for us.There are other showers but not in the privacy we were expecting as a couple in the master bedroom. We arrived at the property and we couldnt get in with the door code provided and we were stuck outside for about 5 minutes with our stuff until we were given a new code to get in with. If you stay here. please note everything damaged with pictures and keep good records. They sent a list of a hand full of items that were damaged that were already damaged when we got there.
