The rental was very clean, comfortable and as described. Sunny was a great host and made sure we had all the details needed for our stay. Would recommend it!

This is a perfect Prescott spot. It is close to town and trails. The place was spotless and had everything you might need for a stay. It was very comfortable and our hosts were exceptionally helpful and kind.
I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was one of the best. From the best stocked kitchen to beautiful accents the place felt very luxurious. Everything was very comfortable. The host was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you, Leah! It was a pleasure to have you with us!
Excellent host and great communication. This a perfect place for a couple to enjoy. It was rainy while we were there so we did not get to enjoy the mountain views but they would of been very nice if weather would of cooperated.Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY!
The extra amenities here was really great, we didn't really need to use any but having the option is useful. It's really one of those plus's of not going to a traditional hotel. It would be a good spot if you needed to stay a few days. The host's description is accurate, and inside everything is transparent, labeled with instructions. The only thing that was a little off-putting was we couldn't find a key code for the door, so we had to leave our stuff unattended. I also don't book often, so that could have been user error. We weren't worried though, as we didn't have much, and it's so secluded

Hi Kasey! We do provide a personalized key code in the instructions for each guest. It's the last 4 of their phone number. I wished you had reached out to me while you were here and I could have pointed that out to you. Glad you enjoyed the space.
My wife, Pam, my puppy, Gracie, and I came to Matthew's and Sunny's 1st floor apartment in Prescott, AZ on April 28th for a 3-day, 2-night stay. Upon arrival at their address, negotiating their steep driveway was a slow and steady challenge, but absolutely necessary to get to view the beautiful, mountain scenery around their home. The stay at the apartment was pet-friendly, and everything within the kitchen was provided (fridge, stove, coffeemaker, microwave oven, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, etc.). All you need is the food you'll need for your stay. Sunny even provided us with delicious, gluten-free, homemade chocolate chip cookies, and treats for our puppy. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TV was provided (loved the Leave It To Beaver channel!), as was the main, queen bed (very comfy!) and the pullout, full loveseat/bed. A separate desk and wifi, also. The bathroom was immaculate, and the shower, toilet, and sink worked to perfection, again, with everything needed for you stay. Most importantly, our hosts very kind, gracious and helpful with our needs...and you couldn't find a better place to plant yourself in your visit to Prescott.
This is a charming, pet friendly, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated apartment. Very up to date kitchen with all the added features you could need. Large clean and tiled bathroom with ceiling fan and exhaust fan. The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is very walkable and safe. I had great communication with the host and they provided a special surprise upon arrival with homemade cookies and treats for my dog. Very close proximity to Gurley street and all the activities, yet while you’re in your apartment you feel a long distance away atop the evergreen trees.
Great location with proximity to downtown activities but removed to give a retreat feeling. Nice large bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. Kitchenette is great and the host even left us cookies to warm up!
