We stayed for a month at this villa and we're completely satisfied.The house was clean,we'll supplied and set up very well. The location was perfect, minutes from the beach and convenient to travel to Venice,Siesta Key,Port Charlotte and Boca Grande. The pool was well tended and the yard worked every week.Sometimes a little early in the morning but it's hot in Florida. Would recommend this for a small family maybe with a teenager to stay in the stand alone bedroom out in the backyard. Enjoyed the stay !Only criticism is the microwave needs to be replaced.
