V177 is a new building in the heart of Zona Romantica, it’s only steps away from Los Muertos beach and all the best beach clubs. There are scores of restaurants – gourmet, “locals”, quick bites – as well as lounges and bars, music and dancing everything you could possibly want – you can walk to in minutes.
The unit can accommodate 2 guests, is professionally decorated, well outfitted kitchen, high speed wifi, A/C in living and bedroom plus 2 TVs with cable. It features a comfy king bed, spacious shower and a washer /dryer in the unit. There are two terraces with dining and sitting areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, an evening meal or just cocktails. The kitchen is well and fully equipped including brand new stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter-tops, a purified water system and contains everything you need to fix any sort of meal.
The rooftop pool and deck offer stunning 360 views of the ocean, Romantic Zone, Old Town and the surrounding mountains. It’s perfect for relaxing, barbecuing or drinks at sunset while enjoying the sound of waves rolling to the shore and the awesome view. The rooftop includes sunning areas, internet, an infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, covered lounge areas, a professional stainless steel BBQ, bar and eating areas and an under roof “living room” with flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped, ocean view gym as well.
The building is secure, includes entry intercom, security cameras, controlled access and 24-hour staff. Building wide water purification system means no bottles of water required, drink right from the tap or the refrigerators water and ice through the door.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Zona Romantica, very close to Los Muertos Beach and top notch restaurants. The condo has everything you need and the two patios are a great feature. The rooftop pool area is lovely with an awesome view of the ocean and skyline.

Greatest location for the Beach and great restaurants.

This is a small but beautifully appointed place and very well situated. We walked everywhere and never needed a taxi or Uber. The location is surprisingly quiet for being so close to the action.

Great place and exactly as described

The unit and entire building, pool area, etc. was immaculate and very well maintained. Great views from the roof top pool and all the amenities. The unit itself was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Also a great location as you can walk to many restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this property!

Lovely Amapas Property

A great condo with a great location. The unit, and particularly the kitchen, is fully equipped for an extended, quiet, comfortable stay. Javier showed us in and was always ready to answer any question, and help with any issue, during the course of our vacation. We look forward to staying again.

Great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

This was a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. The location was perfect – very close to the beach and restaurants in the romantic zone. The owner and property manager made the stay very easy. The unit had everything I needed and you could tell a lot of thought went into furnishing the unit and filling it with things needed for cooking, going to the beach, etc. The unit was modern, well maintained and quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

Great condo Perfect location

We have stayed in this building before but this corner unit is our favorite. Spacious, well-maintained, and TWO balconies: one at the garden level and one overlooking the street (great people watching). The whole building and grounds are beautifully maintained. The owner Greg and manager Javier were terrific. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Greg is a wonderful Host! easy check in. Great location right next to the beach. only 4-6 mins walk to the major bars and clubs. The unit was very cleaned and we enjoy sitting outside people watch and waving as they passing by. The roof top pool and the view was fantastic. I would def be staying here again in the future.

What a wonderful time we had in PV. The room was clean and had everything we needed. A balcony looked over the street below. Walking distance to most things. Location was excellent. Our host was kind and checked in on us. Overall a A+++ experience.

Fantastic Location and Rooftop

We have stayed at V177 before but this unit was our favorite one yet. The corner brings in lots of light and two balconies to choose from. Everything was very clean. The view from the pool deck is spectacular and the location could not be any better. We can’t wait to return.

This place is amazing! Right in the middle of old town only steps away from the beach. Unit was clean and well appointed, a perfect retreat after a busy day of relaxation up at the rooftop pool. Great Experience

The apartment is a beautifully furnished corner one bedroom. Gregory was a very gracious host. The neighborhood is very safe and easily accessible to beach and shopping. The rooftop pool view was nothing less than spectacular. Doorman staff were very helpful.. Highly recommended.

Great condo, one block away from the beach!

My husband and I just stayed at this great condo for 17days! This condo has everything you need. It has a fully equipped kitchen, W/D, two balconies, great décor and a wonderful king size bed. The owner and the property manager (Javier) were very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that wants to be close enough to all the activities in town while staying in a quiet and beautiful building with luxurious rooftop (pool/jacuzzi/gym).

Excellent Location in Puerto Vallarta!

We loved our vacation in Puerto Vallarta! Especially this lovely condo to come "home" to after a day of adventuring in the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit had everything (and more) that we could need. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and all the best restaurants. I recommend breakfast at Coco's kitchen- the apple pancakes were my favorite. The staff and service were above par. Very accommodating and remembered us, our drink orders, favorite table, etc. We will be back and look forward to staying here again. We love PV!

Amazing Amapas!

I don’t usually take the time to leave a review but this condo and the host were above & beyond exceptional. Greg went out of his way to make sure we had a great trip which included finding distilled water for me for my CPAP machine before we arrived and leaving us a bottle of wine to enjoy. He made us feel like family. The condo was very upscale and clean and everything was perfect. Would come back and stay there in a heartbeat.

BEST location and unit in PV

Everyone and everything about Gregory's unit is A+!! Perfect location, loved people and weather watching from both balconies, all amenities included... from coolers to beach chairs and towels. Roof top infinity pool has amazing 360 degree views of "Old Town" and the water as well. We will always come back, if we can get a week.. this is a very popular unit :)

Much needed week of pure relaxation

We had the most wonderful week here. The property is kept immaculate . The location was perfect .. we walked everywhere. The rooftop pool was even better than it looked in the pictures . Gregory took the time to personally greet us and ask if we needed anything . Javier was there to let us in and show us everything we needed to know . Vallarta has everything one could want and as a vacation destination it's the best.

V177 is close to the action and close to my permanent residence here in Vallarta.
The unit #108 was rented out by the previous owner and the same team is in place to ensure that the 5 star rating is maintained.
We look forward to welcoming you to your Vallarta home.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is steps from the beach, cozy and comfortable, close to everything, really an ideal location, hi speed wifi, the air conditioning works great, the terraces are fun to sit on and watch as the PV world goes by. Or you can pick the terrace that looks onto the gardens and the fountain for a little chill out too. But most of all the beach is literally a 1/2 block and there is so much to do within short walks of your location that it makes all the minutes you are there count!
