Sit and Swann is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home located around the 3 mile marker in Ft. Morgan. Sit and Swann is truly top notch in all aspects; location, decor, layout, and price! The open deck offers unobstructed gulf views perfect for you to watch the tides roll in and out. Plus, Sit and Swann is only apx 300 feet to the water's edge making the beach access very easy.

Perfect little beach house

We felt like we were gulf side. We could see the waves and water from deck, short walk to beach. The beach house was cozy, exactly what we needed, home away from home. LOVE!

Great place for family

It was a great place to stay with small children. We did have a small ant problem and there wasn’t a tv in kids room like shown in picture. But overall we had a wonderful time. Super close to beach.
