The beach view was perfect. Able to stand in the living room and see all the beauty. And to be able to walk right out and be on the beach, that was the best. Love the retro style of the house and photos, but like all homes it could use just a few touch ups. The property had all that we needed from a fully supplied kitchen to beach toys. We would stay again.

LOVED this place. Just what a beach house should be, comfortable. Comes equipped with all you need. Yes it is an older home but with lots of character. All appliances worked coffee maker stove microwave ice maker washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heat worked great. Reed Real Estate staff was wonderful and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

House was very clean, beach views were incredible. Check in was fast and it was nice to meet the people in the office when checking in, it makes it more personable. Have booked with Reed in the past and will do so again!

Thanksgiving

Our favorite house to stay in so far. The key code battery was dead and they were super quick to come fix it. I loved the fact that they had family pictures in the house and location was perfect. The kitchen dishes and the main bathroom weren't very clean, but overall it was great.

Unique home

I loved the property. Right in the beach. Large windows were perfect for watching the waves. Loved the unique furnishings and pictures of history of the family and house. Definitely not your typical beach house.

Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved our stay, and the location can't be beat! So lovely to be able to run down the beach at any time!... and a gorgeous beach at that! The house was really cute with lots of space inside for everyone. The kitchen had plenty of space to make big meals for our group as well. The AC did a great job of keeping up with the incredibly hot week when we were there! We absolutely would love to come back sometime! Sidenotes if you stay: make sure you pack all of the spices, etc you will need for cooking, as well as a larger pan or two if you are cooking for a large group! Also, if you want to sit on the deck, bring camp chairs, as there are no chairs on the deck... but the view is lovely and so is the breeze, so we loved it! (my favorite way to start every day -- on the deck, with my book, a quiet waves and the breeze!)

When we arrived there were 2 cracked windows. The door looked like someone broke into the place. All broken up doorknobs, constantly having to be tightened up. We reported this and no one seemed to care. Except we wouldn’t be held responsible for it. No one came to fix the door. I understand windows are harder to replace. The deck and steps had nails sticking out of them. Not a very good up keep at all. Great location!! Would not stay again
