The apartment (300sqm in size), located on the second floor (with elevator), comfortably accommodates 10 guests in five elegant double suites, with the option for two additional guests on trundle beds in two of the bedrooms. Stepping inside feels like traveling back in time, as the residence is adorned with original wall frescoes, antique furnishings from the 18th and 19th centuries, and luxurious fabrics. Each of the five opulent bathrooms is a masterpiece of Italian craftsmanship, featuring distinctive marble and premium fittings for ultimate comfort. Nonetheless the apartment will have a modern vibe and contemporary feel.

The apartment boasts five luxury bedrooms, each of which has a beautiful en-suite bathroom to ensure utmost privacy and commodity. Each bedroom has been exquisitely interior designed and decorated with their own subtle themes and colour palette. Beautiful marble adorns each en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The bedrooms are the following:

Suite 1: Located on the front of the building and offering panoramic views out onto Piazza Santa Croce. The default set up will be one double bedroom but on request it can be prepared as 2 singles as this bedroom has 2 single mattresses (each mattress measures 90cm x 190cm).

Suite 2: Located in the middle with courtyard views. The default set up will be one double bedroom (mattress measures 180cm x 190cm). This room can sleep a 3rd person on a pull-out trundle bed measuring 80cm x 180cm.

Suite 3: Located in the middle with courtyard views. The default set up will be one double bedroom (mattress measures 180cm x 190cm).

Suite 4: Located at the back of the building with courtyard views. The default set up will be one double bedroom but on request it can be prepared as 2 singles as this bedroom has 2 single mattresses (each mattress measures 90cm x 200cm). This room can sleep a 3rd person on a pull-out trundle bed measuring 80cm x 180cm.

Suite 5: Located at the back of the building with courtyard views. The default set up will be one large french bed (mattress measures 150cm x 190cm).

Also enjoy the incredible Christmas Market which takes place directly in Santa Croce square from mid November through to the end of December.

Florence is well connected to all major cities in Italy by extensive, well maintained motorways and efficient and fast train connections.

If you are travelling with young children, have lots of luggage or wish for a completely stress-free experience, we recommend booking a private car with driver service (see below).

Travelling by train:

Italy has an efficient and fast train network. So, if you are arriving into airports in Rome, Milan, Bologna, Venice or Naples, you can catch the express train (Trenitalia Frecciarossa or Italo) which offers direct services to Florence. Please note that a change may be required from the airport terminal to the train station and then once in Florence you will need to take a taxi or hire a car to reach the apartment. I
