'Collemare' literally means ' hill by the sea' and this is exactly what you find when you arrive in Scerne di Pineto.
Scerne di Pineto is located between the seaside resorts of Pineto and Roseto ( both five minutes away by car )
A beautiful 3 bedroom home with private pool and plenty of space to relax...we also welcome little dogs ( at a small extra cost )
Pineto is a 2 hour car journey from the centre of Rome and is 3 1/2 hours from the Amalfi coast. Due to its beautiful natural coastline Pineto is a desirable location for mainland Italians on their Summer holidays and is not a commercialised resort in the slightest. If you want to discover the true Italian way of life then Collemare is the perfect place to stay to enable you to immerse yourself in the culture.
You can sample the delights of the local family run Agriturismo's or cook at home using the most wonderful fresh food from the surrounding area. This is a great place for people who enjoy their food and drink ... There is a vineyard 5 minutes walk away !

Location fantastica

E' la seconda volta che affittiamo questa casa e ci siamo trovati benissimo entrambe le volte, la casa è comodissima in una zona residenziale tranquilla con una vista stupenda, la piscina è fantastica e tutti i dettagli sono curatissimi dal prato alla pulizia della piscina.

Perfekt - trotz Hitzewelle! :-)

Wir haben hier einen total entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Es war alles super sauber und ordentlich! Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Supermärkte, Strände, Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Durch die einwandfrei funktionierende Klimaanlage haben wir, trotz Hitzewelle, gut geschlafen! Da wir wegen der Hitze nur wenig bis kein Sightseeing machen konnten, haben wir den Garten und den Pool umso mehr genossen. :-) Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft, die mit viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit ausgezeichnet in Stand gehalten wird. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und informativ. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

La casa è meravigliosa e iper attrezzata non manca nulla. Giardino e piscina curatissimi. In 20 minuti a piedi si arriva al mare. Impossibile trovare qualunque difetto

Die Beschreibung des Objektes ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist groß, der Pool super, alles sehr sauber, der Garten sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist großzügig, die Aussicht ein Traum, alles sehr sauber, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und der Kontaktperson vor Ort unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

Nice but too expensive

Location is nice but the beds are horrible, and for this Price I need more comfort. Sorrowly the Trash System didn't work, nobody fetched it. Also I was not amused when, the agent Guy tried too guilt me of a damaged sun chair.
